Yea I think this is the problem that our youth is getting stuck in mediocre work unfortunately. And they are loosing patience and cannot work on something that have greater level of detail of work cause they want to quick do something that doesn’t take time and pay good. I’m in to animation business and I see that happening all the time. Quality of work will not be there.
