Wow I just watched this video after seeing your latest and what a difference in your under eye - not sure if you watched my video about my dysport in the forehead and 11s and then ended up getting fillers in the 11s since the dysport was great on the forehead but the lines were too deep in my 11s (I'm 53) so got restylane in the 11s - it worked ok but still I want a very smooth forehead I think I need more filler?

Yes I have seen it Lori, I have heard that when the 11s are to deep only filler will help, as I have started to have my Botox regularly now, I hope my 11s will not get any deeper, bloody aging lol xoxoNisha

Nisha, I never thought you had troughs or anything. But I can for sure see a difference. It looks good, BUT if you aren't satisfied with it, I think I would go back and get a bit more. The most important thing is for you to feel really good about it. I do wonder if it will work more and more as time goes by. I have to say this has been so interesting to follow. It's so nice of you to show what you went through and to be so up front about it. I really respect that so much. You look gorgeous inside and out! Love you! Melissa

I can definitely tell a difference, especially in the last clip when you're wearing your pink shirt. I think it looks fantastic! Supposedly it's supposed to take about 2 weeks for the filler and your body's natural underlying fluid to find a balance. You'll be surprised at how different things will look in another week. I had to get a 1.5 mils altogether. But I actually think I got a tad bit over-filled, and I can see it in certain lights. But overall, I am WAY happier than I was before my injections!

Nisha, there is definitely an improvement however, a lot of time with fillers it takes more than you would imagine for a full correction. Once you get a full correction, then the upkeep will not require as much filler in the future because you will be topping off what you already still have remaining. Hope that makes sense.

Honestly, I can see quite a big difference. And it hasn't yet been the full amount of time your doctor said that it takes to fully work. Some things are slow releasing. I wouldn't do any more yet, just see if it settles more, you might be surprised! I want everything yesterday, so I get it!!!

Hi Nisha, you will continue to notice a difference, slowly but surely. It's good that you started with a low amount. I also did a top up (around the mouth), and it has lasted on me more than a year. I believe the hyaluronic acid has formed new collagen under my skin - it's really turned back the hands of time. You probably have little bruising because for under-eye they use a special thin, blunt needle. I see a difference in you already - looks good!

I'm very happy and encouraged for you, Nisha. I can really tell a difference, and I have watched your video over and over, looking closely. Back when you first told us, I commented to you that I would be really keeping up with all your news because I was planning to get fillers (or something) done in the Spring. So, I was sad for you when your first news was that you were disappointed. But, now, after some time has passed for you, also I've gone over and over your thoughts and considerations, I'm glad that it seems you have a little more positive outlook now. Maybe your doctor takes conservative steps, which, I suppose I have to agree with, basically. And, with this new, longer lifed filler, maybe the added "top off" expense won't be as much of a hit. I'm hoping the new filler is available here in the U.S. I'm looking forward to having something, I'm not even positive it will be filler as yet, done. I'm going to be seeing more doctors, both dermatologists and plastic surgeons. I'm not totally against surgery, if it comes to that. I'm 61, and much older than you, but in my forties - I had 2 daughters in 2 universities. But, of course I would never change a thing for it! But, back to you, Nisha, you are such a beautiful woman, and I mean lovely, inside and out. You're always an inspiration to me, and never more than now! Thank you so much, dear lady! Sending hugs to you... all the way from Texas. ❤

I definitely see a difference, Nisha, but I can completely understand why you weren't pleased in the beginning. When I look at you, I can't see anything I'd change about you. You're gorgeous!! (And I mean it!!) When I look at myself? Oh honey, there aren't a lot of things I'd like to change, but as you said, some of us, myself included, seem to focus on the flaws until they're bigger than they should be..... It's just how some of are and there's nothing wrong with that, in my opinion. You're very brave to have gone through this on the internet. Looking forward to seeing the results of the top-up. Until then, just remember how stunning you already are, please, Nisha. Much love to you! 🌸 xoxo Lisette

I take Pineapple Bromelain capsules for inflammation and swelling after my surgery! You can get it online.. .A whole pineapple is not enough!:) When you showed your before shot I saw a big difference...I think it looks great!!!!!!!!!!👍🏻 I had the fat removed from under my eyes about 10 years ago..and I love it! Did you ever consider that? I don't remember now if you ever mentioned that...
It probably takes a while so don't be disappointed...The Dr said it would need time to settle.....You are looking for results right away and it all has to settle in...You do not need plastic surgery on your eyes only the same thing I had maybe..Hope that helps!! xoxoxoxo Carol Big hugs!!

Probably under eye blepharoplasty is needed already...I ask my doctor to inject fillers, but was refused because according to her, it would not address the problem. If the fat is herniated, or protruded, filler is useless...Please do an update on the under eye bag procedures you've done after this video. Thanks!

As a homoeopath, I would have to say the lack of bruising would be due to you taking the arnica before the procedure. Its such a fantastic herb to take before any surgery, especially dental surgery. I swear by it and always suggest my patients take it before any type of procedure. I really enjoy your videos and have learnt so much from you, thank you Nisha!

I can really appreciate how difficult it must have been to go through this. The first time you go through things, you really are experimenting. Sorry you are disappointed, but I agree with the others who say you look beautiful. I wish my bags were like yours; mine are so much worse and are discouraging to me. I know you will get things sorted out and do what you need in follow up to feel more satisfied. Thanks so much for doing this vlog!

Hi Nisha~ I think it looks great today! Definitely an improvement over the start... Some fillers need a week or two to settle in before they look good, that's how it was when I got Voluma in the cheeks. I hated it for the first week because it made my cheeks look sharp and I sure don't need any more sharpness in my face!! LOL After 2 weeks it softened and spread so I was much happier with it. So maybe give it another couple of days before you make a decision, but if you're still not happy with it, definitely go get some more put in. Have a great weekend!! xo ~angie

Hi Dear Nisha, I really can see a difference, but I totally understand how you had wanted a little more. I really can relate to how you feel, I am also a person that makes up every day and I try always to look the best I can. However in my mind, I feel I have little arrows pointing to my eye bags and that everyone is looking straight at them. I have never had any procedure done, but only because I can't afford it, not because I don't want to. I have, like you, found the best way of concealing them, but I am still always aware of them. At times they totally take away my confidence. People tell me, I look good for my age, but all I see is these blinking eye bags. What ever you need to do Nisha, if you can afford it, do it. We only have one life Sweetheart and you deserve to be as happy with yourself as you can be.....big hugs always..Bella..xxxxx🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Nisha, I know that with the lights when you film they kind of hide some imperfections and we don't really see exactly what you see when you look in the mirror. I also know, we women especially, are our own worst critics when it comes to our looks. Also, you have to do what makes you feel good about yourself and makes you happy. I just hope you keep in mind how truly beautiful you are regardless of your undereyes. I"m willing to bet that the majority of people that see you (whether in person or on YT) they see what I see... those gorgeous blue eyes framed by the most stunning long lashes and your make up always done to perfection! You always look classy with so much natural beauty. I've been watching you for a while now and think that your beauty is not just skin deep either, you seem like a truly wonderful, honest, down to earth person. So all that being said, do what you must to make yourself happy but please know I think you're fabulous just the way you are!

Hi Nisha. I'm surprised you are blaming yourself in regard to "how much" you needed. I see a slight, very slight improvement, more so with make up on. Your doctor should have been able to give you a fairly accurate idea of what you would need if not before your procedure then during. I know they ere on the side of under filling but you definitely still had noticeable festoons (yikes that sounds horrible cause you are quite beautiful). Anyway, I started them at 44 and was told at that time that fillers would only help for so long before I would need lower bleph. Here I am, 54, lower bleph is scheduled for April. Just a personal decision I made. I want to look 54. Not 64!

Hi Nisha, I can see some improvement but I think you're right about needing more filler. 1ml of filler if only a teaspoon full. If you think about it like that it's a very small amount. Then split between two eyes as well. Also, tear trough filler is often only injected on the inner corner area, so if you had yours all the way under, that reduces the amount again. I say get the top up for sure and you might be much happier. But you can see a change and you do look gorgeous 💕

Yes, I can see a difference also. Not completely filled in, but certainly better than before. Under eye bags and discoloration are also my biggest problem. I always think to myself, if I didn't have those conditions, I would not have to where any makeup except mascara. And I only had the bags since I turned 50. I find it so hard to cover them with makeup. Hope all goes well when you have your next filler.

Hi Nisha I don't know to much about fillers but I can say that first if there's something we don't like about our selves we have the right to change, however I do see a slight change, but I thought at the moment that due to our age cuz I am in my late 40s as well that with our age we may need a little bit more then the normal one treatment filler that was just my opinion, but I still think your beautiful with it or with out it, and you do what ever makes you happier.

I had the same type of fillers 3 months ago. I didn't have any bruising or swelling. I didn't even put ice on it. I got 2x0.5ml. My doctor said it is the maximum amount they inject one time and I should go back for top up if needed. After 2 months it has sunk a bit and I'm considering a small top up. On the whole I'm very happy with it, the filler also covered my dark circles a lot. I think yours is very nice and natural. I suggest to wait a couple of months then go back if you want more.

I do see a slight difference, like you said, on the outer area. I'm 34 & had puffy eyes every morning as a teen & in my 20s, so now I've got the baggy looking troughs. Plus my eyes are big & round, which they say contributes. It's actually what prompted me to follow you a few years ago. I use the banish cream thanks to you 😘😘 I hate that your 1st time was disappointing & hopefully they'll top you off & it helps. I've been researching filler & surgery for years now because I know I'll eventually do one or both. If I could afford to maintain fillers I'd start now, but I want to wait until I have enough saved to keep it maintained. Like a head start for myself ☺

soldiersunite B I use the banish cream some, but bc it's not sold in the states I try not to use it a ton. It's the only actual eye cream I use. I rotate with things most often. Peter Thomas Roth fusion pm retinol is a fave, Sunday Riley's Luna oil. I bring most all my skincare up to my under eyes (without getting too close with some). Anything with vitamin C & hyaluronic acid (hyaluronate) is good. My fave everyday moisturizer for my under eyes is actually Cereves because it's so gentle & it has the hyaluronic. I know nothing's going to actually reverse them dramatically, but keeping that skin moisturized will hopefully be a good deterrent of more wrinkles lol. ☺☺

Hi Nisha, I do see a difference. It is subtle. Better a little than too much. I am an RN, and as well I had my eyes done with plastic surgery only on the upper lids. I had the laser used to tighten the lower eye as I didn't have any bags. I was very impressed and pleased with it all. It lasted a good 10 years. It would have been longer but certain medications I take caused me to have it done again. For you, you do have options. You can get it topped up, but you need to ask "how long will it last and how many times do I want to repeat it? What is the cost difference in the end?....and satisfaction? The eye surgery can last up to 15 or 20 years, especially with good diet and healthy lifestyle choices (which you have been making). It depends on the level of eye fat, loose skin etc. that you have. So it's up to you , after you reflect on some of the items I have mentioned. If I can be of any help, please don't hesitate to contact me. The eye surgeons are both good acquaintances and I had worked with them as well. Being well informed and making decisions then, is the best thing to do. I love my eyes and am very pleased with my choices. Now you can make well informed choices to. Blessings to you.

You absolutely look like you've had something done. Surely if the result isn't as expected then you can go back and get a top up when you've healed fully?

I do see a difference. My friend, who is a nurse and does the filler injections, says you start with a small amount and then continue to add more slowly to get a better result. So I think you are doing well. She said that half a mL is a small amount and you may need it done as many as 4 times. So don't be discouraged, there is a difference. Of course, you always look beautiful!

I used the same medication for bruising, not the pill form but the cream and I never had black and blue bruising, it just went to the green yellow and gone. So I think that is why you didn't have the nasty bruising, You look great

I see a difference. The area looks flatter , if that makes sense. I know what it is like to really dislike a part of your face. I'm 58 years old and had my nose done last year. I've been wanting it done for 45 years! And finally had the funds and got over the fear, and found a good doctor. It's not perfect, it feels a little strange but it really has made me feel pretty for the first time in my life

Hi Nisha, Although i can see a difference, when you're so dissapointed it's maybe a good idea to top it up. When you're very unhappy with your upper and/or under eye area i fully understand that you think about surgery. Since you're well informed and certainly don't take such things lightly it might be a choice you're happy with. No matter how many people tell you how beautifull you look, ultimately it's your body.

Hi Nisha!First of all, you always look beautiful! Like you, I also get Botox (I think we talked about it a while back), plus I also get the Restalyn Silk and Radiesse. I have been wanting to do my under eye area, but I thought it was extremely painful. I'm so happy you talked about it! I don't have bags, but I do have wrinkles and lines. I have to research this and see if it helps with the wrinkles. I think you can see a big difference, but I totally understand you wanting immediate results because I'd be the same. Maybe after you do a second round, you'll be happier with the results. Nevertheless, you can see a big difference! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and journey. This video was so helpful and informative! Thank you!!! I'm definitely looking into it now!!! xoxo

Oh and I've just bought Rimmel Oh my gloss in purr glossy cat and I absolutely love it. It's my perfect colour. I love it on its own and also over my Mac Blankety lipstick. Thank you for recommending it xxx

You look great, I can see the difference for sure. As I mentioned to you once before, I got my fillers done just before Christmas and she wouldn't put them in my troughs, as she mentioned my bone structure wasn't suited so she injected my cheeks instead telling me that this would uplift the whole area including my bags....well it didn't, and I felt the same, like wasted $800 approx (AUS) on this, and it took me years to get my husband to agree to me getting them, so wish I had gone back and said I wasn't happy as I think even my cheeks look no different. I have said I'm going to try somewhere different this year and give it one more go. Love Amanda x

I have been watching you since last summer Nisha. I watch your clothes and make up hauls etc. I watch every video. Now then,,, I am 64 and badly need my eyes done. Trust me,, yours are nothing in comparison to mine but it still matters to you. This is the honest truth as I see it. The outer edge is slightly improved. I noticed this on day 2. Even underneath seems slightly less puffy. Overall,, yes, There is a difference. Just not as much as you hoped for. You were lovely with them anyway. You truly are. I use your make up ideas to hide mine. It is a great help. As you say there is only so much that make up can do and I am getting to that point sadly. I m watching closely to see your next move regarding eyes. Thank you so much for showing us all this. It reall does help me greatly. I know it helps others also. xx

You look beautiful! You're looking at your face everyday checking for a difference. And you are your worst critic. What I see is a very smooth under eye and face. Don't do too much. Less is more for the beautiful natural look you now have.

I'm actually sitting in my Dermatologist Office right now & reading up on fillers! I think there's a lot more difference to me but understand that we examine ourselves so hard that it's difficult to be objective with ourselves. I think that you're beautiful & also see not only a significant difference but as I'm reading the info all of the after pictures are 2-4 weeks post injections. Also the various fillers are basically the same thing, just under a different name so I can't honestly say that the amounts would be comparable, yet the models for these American "HA Complex" got much more filler in total than you did. I will go to the link you provided & see if indeed the brands vary. Either way, I support everyone's right to choose what they need to feel beautiful! I love the way you looked before, think that you look wonderful now but if you're not satisfied, then go for what you want! Hugs & Thanks for your great content & info & the quiet time with you while watching your videos!

I have the rings around my eyes, I constantly look tire. I want to get filler under my eyes but I'm too scared to put needles around there and I'm afraid of looking "beat up" ( and explaining to my kids why I look like I was beat up). I can totally see a difference under your eyes but if you're not happy, you should definitely let them know. It's the worse when you pay so much for a procedure and you don't get the outcome you're looking for. Keep us posted!

I had 1/2 syringe of Belotero under each eye & the results were instant. Yours look minimal if any. There is a possibility that the filler was bad & just didn't work. I had a friend that had Restylane & it did absolutely nothing but she went back & got the Belotero & it was like night & day. Beautiful results. I would definitely get a 2nd opinion before considering surgery. XoXo 😘

Thanks for sharing your tear trough results. I think you are much younger than me. I am 58 and had artefil to fill cheeks to "plump up" undereye area but not troughs filled.. I am satisfied and do NOT plan to do surgery. Please don't, you are too young. Mayb ein your 60s. You don't need bleph surgery, and don't have puffy, hanging "bags." Keep the videos and HONESTY coming. We love you. btw... My doc recommended laser for tightening that crepey, wrinkled undereye area and i might do that.Another ption to consider is a chemical peel will help all facial skin and will help with undereye tightening/bags.God bless!

Hi Nisha! I can definitely see a difference. An improvement, definitely. I totally understand you though, as you probably wanted to get rid of the bags and lines and all in a more completed way, which hasn't happened. A top up might be the answer.
