Huge kudos to the adoptive parents for including the birth mother in their lives.
Those adoptive parents are just amazing
"Sometimes we create barriers where barriers don't need to be and when we pull down those barriers we find love on the other side"
Powerful!! Thank you! Sir
How about the us Mexico border????
Best humane quote !!!💕💕
Absolutely amazing human being’s 😢
Google Schopenhauer’s ‘the hedgehog dilemma.’ In the winter Hedgehogs physically bundle together for body heat, similar to penguins, but unfortunately their quills hurt the hedgehog(s) cohabiting with and they’re receiving m that warmth from. They feel the warmth and a sense of well-being by becoming closer and closer. Yet the pricks still exist so the hedgehogs need to maintain a sufficient amount of distance so they can get some of that body heat which is just enough for the bitter night.
The sad fact is a lot of people are made immediately uncomfortable when during emotional and intimate conversations. So many children grow up in families where opening up your heart to someone virtually never occurs. It’s so sad and that’s why we need to legalize psychedelics
A perfect simple concept, "you can't have too many people love you."
Many adoptive parents are too blind to see that.
Couldn't agree more.
I can't even see their faces through the water in my eyes. 🥰
It is people like these who give me renewed hope in humankind. These adoptive parents probably have more joy in their situation than any closed adoption. This Mother was truly blessed. Thank you all and especially you Steve Hartman 🥲🧡💝💛
The adoptive parents are the greatest! They taught their son such a valuable lesson about love.. Many Blessings for all..
The young man was raised with love and respect. 🙏
Right Dad! You can never have too many people loving you! That is such a beautiful story! Congratulations and Blessings to you all!! Great story!
Simple kindness is just so powerful . Preconceived ideas cause unnecessary pain .
What admirable, big-hearted people. If only it could always be so good.
Kudos to these adoptive parents!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Stephen is truly blessed with a beautiful family who all love and adore him! It doesn’t hurt having more people love you!
Beautiful beautiful story and the adoptive parents are true gems.
Check this guy out "you can't have too many people loving you" A great story
I’ll be sharing this story with my circle of friends!!! Great dose of human goodness. ❤❤
this should happen often. Both in real life and the movies
What a great story. Love is the best. Peace ❤️
Ah! Such love all around that's what life is all about, I'm misting up & wish this whole family, Steve & crew all the best.

What a wonderful story!
So beautiful!!
It's wrong not to allow the Mother, not to know about each other
Happy to hear this STORY
Happy ENDING
Beautiful story 🥰❤👍 this is hopefully a message of love. 💯
You know, even the youngest parents have to give up what is most valuable to them, but in this day and age, they are still welcomed in to their child’s life with open arms regardless of barriers. This woman took that big risk in giving up her son so he could have the life he deserved. It’s the bond between them that never breaks no matter how far apart they are. Family are the building blocks to a new life brought into the world. Kudos to these parents for doing an amazing thing by letting their son bond with the person who gave him life. ❤️
In 1996 we had the same situation. A very open adoption while our son was growing up. Today, our sons birth mom & her husband are parenting 2 of our grandchildren. One of our daughters has been unable to care for them. When God brings people into your life, you never know the blessings that will happen.
Just lovely story.
Now that is LOVE!
Humanity on the working ❣️❣️
His parents were/ARE AMAZING!!! 😭😭😭 His mom was TRULY blessed that they were the ones chosen to love him... and her. 💜🙏🏾💜
Beautiful story!
Consider myself a tough old salt raised by Depression Era parents. But darn it Steve, you always get me. Your stories are uplifting And wonderful. Thank You for reminding me that good exists…
I commend You Madam... You were very brave - And Steven, You are Blessed...
This is the way adoption should be! The more love people have, the more they thrive. And if it was this way, I'd be willing to bet that we'd see fewer abortions and more people choosing life!
You got me again Hartman 😭😢
Wow, wow. What a beautiful story. My wife and I adopted a baby girl 25 years ago. I can not imagine my life without her. She is loved by her family and friends. Her cousins call her often just like all her family members. She is family!
Like my daughter said to me once. " You are the only family I have!"
And you know she is so right!
She is loved!
Me watching, oh what was a nice story. emotions still together and then they say, the babies name is Riley, then the tears start
Bro my mom was 19 and homless and still managed to raised me on her own.
This is sooooo beautiful 🥰
Wonderful story.
Happy birthday
She was fortunate to have been able to be in his life. I placed my baby for adoption when I was 16. 50 years ago, all adoption were closed. I was t allowed to see my baby let alone hold her. I knew only that I had a girl.
Steve HEARTman ☺️
I'm adopted and always wished I cou'd've found my real mom. Alas, due to closed records it wasn't possible and now I'm sure she's gone.
Much healthier than closed adoption
Good people
Wow
Crying over here…
Wow!
Sweet
Beautiful as you are Nora,, not always true about a mother's love.
because God loved the world so much that he gave his only son Jesus Christ for all mankind so that any man who believes in Jesus Christ may inherit eternal life through him if we confess our sins Jesus Christ is faithful and just to forgive us and only through Jesus can we inherit eternal life32
😢😊

Has the CBS News Investigation Team Located “Steven’s/Riley’s” Biological Father Yet?
Well, we don't know if they have searched for the birth father, whether the father even knew, whether the father did know, but wanted no part, or if the father is even still around. I am sure this family has made their decision based on what that answer is, but we can't make assumptions as to what that situation actually is. I trust, judging by their willingness to involve the birth mother in Steven's life, they would have searched or found the birth father had that been an option. They don't seem like the type of people that would just disregard Steven's birth father.
@@MissaPality So Basically the Birth Mother Had a “One-Night Stand” or She Was a Party Girl who got “Knocked-Up” by someone unknown or Can’t never be found. Just looking at Steven, he must have a Strong resemblance to his Biological Father because I don’t see resemblance to his Bio-Mother.
There's always gotta be someone to drag a sweet story down and pass judgment on people they know nothing about.
@@janetbeatrice9505 you are right. It is unfortunate.
@@janetbeatrice9505 I Want the Full Story! Where’s His Biological Father! Or Did His Biological Mother Have an “Immaculate” Pregnancy and this Kid is another Jesus?
What a beautiful alternative to abortion.
This was a good thought but putting it into reality, I really don’t know. The son seems to honor his mom by giving his son the name he was supposed to have. This is why many people don’t want to adopt because of these issues. No matter what a parent do to a child, that child will love them… even if they have them up, they will honor the birth giver with a grand child as if she deserves that.
Not every child given up was abused, or the parent was abusive. Apparently you’ve never given up a child. Until you’ve walked in these womens’ moccasins, don’t begin to think you understand the pain involved in that decision, or what she may deserve’ down the line.
"they will honor the birth giver with a grand child as if she deserves it" SERIOUSLY?? Why wouldn't she deserve it? Giving her child up for adoption in her circumstances was the most powerful form of love she could give her son. She wasn't ready & she let go FOR HIM to make sure he had EVERYTHING she couldn't give him. So how does she not deserve the honor HE wants to give her??
@@hayleymariemills different strokes for different folks. That’s all I’m going to say

I can't imagine not honoring a birth mom by letting her pick the name
