you always have something new i can add to my routine..i use a towel in a córner of my room and it works well for landmine moves...thank you and take care..keep the creativity at 100%
I had to do land mines because of back problem. You got great form but it helped me to lean forward a little to have a straight line which reduces any back issues

Ok will go back to ur videos and find a unilateral movement to supp with that land mine. What is the best mass builder for back land minds rows or the traditional barbell rows or dumbell rows?
Oh sorry no I meant like where you see the double, you could also do as a unilateral. Sorry. Does that clarify? And if it challenges your muscles it can produce growth. Part is due to the weights, sets and reps you use. Also, pull ups are great depending on the mass you are trying to build for your back.

the only thing about the landmine is if your palms get sweaty. If that bar slips and hits any part of your body with the weight of the bar alone...
Well I guess that could happen haha. But you could argue you could drop any weight if your hands get sweaty and it could hit you...

Good exercises adds more to the fun but no gym i have been to has a double land mine unless its a specialized gym like crossfit.
For the double you could sub a unilateral movement then :-)
