I bought the GMW-B5000 1DR as is helps you get the full metal experience but due to the rubber strap you don’t lose on the comfort of an ideal G-SHOCK...anyways excellent choice cause the negative display is amazing...

Believe me. I’m not a watch snob. I love my Timex Expedition, but I just don’t get the universal love for G Shocks. The Oak one is kinda cool, but the classic 🤷🏻♂️. But to each their own, right? Well done video as always.

@@japd7897 🤣👍 true enough, to be honest not a fan of the huge g shocks, I've got the gw m5610 and this one (casioak) with the camo bezel, bit of fun. Understand why people don't like um. Each to their own.

Is easy to get a different color bang? Like yellow or red?
The new G's have quick release straps, so I would expect that Casio will start offering different straps as a "value added product" soon. That would make a watch like this awesome because one can change out straps for different moods and styles.

I prefer mechanical watches, every day, for every occasion, so if I bought one of these, I would never wear it. I feel the same about smart watches.
i.e. to the hike in UAE I would have taken a field watch or a diver.
