    Part 24: • Aries Spears Doubles D...
Part 22: • Aries Spears & DJ Vlad...
Part 1: • Aries Spears Hilarious...
    --------
Comedian Aries Spears passionately defended boxing legend Mike Tyson against claims of being the most overrated heavyweight champion. Spears and Vlad delved into Tyson's prime years under trainers Cus D'Amato, Kevin Rooney, and Jimmy Jacobs, emphasizing his fierce dominance. They argued that disruptions in Tyson's life, including a turbulent marriage and a controversial prison sentence, derailed his career. Vlad highlighted Tyson's unruly behavior before major fights, using the example of Tyson's loss to Buster Douglas after a night of partying. Spears asserted that a focused Tyson would have demolished Douglas and likely triumphed over Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis. Spears emphasized that despite Tyson's losses, his stunning victories and boxing prowess can't be ignored.

Mike Tyson was never called overrated by anybody. When Mike Tyson was w/ Kevin Rooney he was a beast. He was a monster, he was focused, motivated & would’ve beaten anybody. His downfall was Don King getting to him & taken advantage of him. He drove a wedge in between the people who help develop Tyson & Mike ended up firing them & going w/ Don King.

Tyson was suppose to fight Holyfield before prison, a lot of people just repeat what others say without actually seeing reality for themselves, but Tyson took out Alex Stewart in 1 round while Holyfield struggled with him for majority of the scheduled 12. There was a fallout contract on George Foreman’s team’s behalf with the Tyson fight, and people are acting like Oliver McCall and Hasim Rahman are on Mikes level (the 2 guys who fought Lennox Lewis in the 90s and knocked him out cold). The difference is Tyson’s style is insane which is why Tyson himself is the one credited for being such an insane fighter, he managed to pull it off. The problem is, being how insane that style is for a human body to pull off, it takes its toll regardless of discipline. Lewis aged like wine, the same as Mayweather. Tyson’s style could never, ever in any way shape or form, get “better” or improve with age. It’s physically nonsensical.
