They recently did a islander minifigure in a CMF serie but I doubt they will bring back the islanders because they were a bit of stereotypical caricature of South America natives, though maybe they could make the islanders if they make them as allies of "the good guys" and not as....well cannibals.

I have an islanders minifigure but I lost the face because my younger siblings tied it to a balloon and in midair in the living room it slipped off and went down and blew off into pieces. I found everything except the head. Curse those siblings

I highly doubt it, because Lego is too politically correct these days. I hope I am wrong, though.

Islanders are my favorite sub-theme of all time. Very underrated.
