    Hi Susan, This is Sherry, I got one of new Bernzomatic torches you are reviewing. Started using it last week and it's awesome. Loving it. It's a great additional to my butane and map gas torches.

    Thank you for doing this torch demo Susan. I've always uses mapp gass for torch firing enamels and making nail heads. I like the fine game you get with this torch. 🔥👩🏽‍🏭🔥

    I never even heard of a nomadic torch. But yeah makes total sense if you're traveling around like a nomad.

    Bought one the other day and attached to my Mapp canister. Looking forward to using it more; it's kind of weird with that tight, very hot flame. Thanks for demonstrating this, Susan!

    Susan, How does this new gas you’re using now compare to butane safety wise? You’ve mentioned in previous videos that butane gas goes down, no fumes smell and is considered a safe gas to use for jewelry making. What precautions are needed for this new gas in the yellow container that you’re now using? Do you need to wear a mask, more ventilation or any odors? Thanks.

      Propane gas rises so wear a mask.

    I have to ask as in welding, having to wear a mask for the blue flame, is it the same with these torches, does yr special eyeglasses protect you or is that just for focus ?😊

    • @SusanLenart
      @SusanLenart  5 месяцев назад +1

      Both, you should wear protective eyewear but it depends on what type of flame or gas that you use. Yes, welding is acetylene/ oxygen and you need protective because the intense flame will hurt your eyes. I use acetylene and it’s ok on my eyes. Butane is a dream on your eyes because it is a gentle flame.

      @@SusanLenart Thankyou, I thought I would ask you as I heard another woman on you tube say, be careful of yr eyes with the flame, so I didn't I know if it was the same on camera 😊
