    count me in if is ok with you , I like to start after the 6Th because of our Christmas, I "m going to do the sardine challenge divide like 3 days then Ketovor, I think it would be nice to tell what we eat, Thank you for your video and the info.

    Do you track your food via My Fitness Pal? What would a basic macro be?

      Hi 😊 I track my food in the Carb Manager app. I can also track my weight which I like. I find the CM is easy for me to use.
