    couple questions... Is the vinyl laser safe fume wise. I know PVC is a big no no to cut with laser and would it have been better to weed after gluing everything on so any glue squeeze out wont get on the acrylic? just curious. looks great.

      Thank you so much. I haven't had any challenges with the vinyl, I reduce the laser power and increase the speed. Vinyl does let off a bit of a smell but because I don't cut large volumes of it, it doesn't matter much. I've found that weeding after gluing tends to leave some sort of glue discolouration on the acrylic so its better to weed first then glue, that way your acrylic stays nice and clean.

      @@yourgirlinzim no problem, just fyi I did a little more research after my first post and it looks like vinyl is indeed a big no no to cut on the laser. It releases a toxic gas when burned which is very bad for your health and machine. So, please be careful and safe.
