We teamed up with Paul Shields Joinery to showcase the making of these bespoke wooden window frames, designed to take the Cotswold Casement Crittle Windows we had made for this extensive new build project. You'll get to see the entire process from Paul's joinery shop right up to the frame's installation on our site.
PLEASE NOTE: we’ll endeavour to answer questions and comments as soon as possible depending on our work schedules.

Looks like Engineered Red Grandis frames with Sapele sill fronts. Grey seems to have been in fashion for a few years now.

I'm surprised the rebate was machined rebate down as they teach in college (it's safer ) I've always machined rebate up as any discrepancies are taken out in the thickness of the timber. i can see slight differences in how I was taught to the processes here but they do a tidy job nonetheless which is all that matters.

I would want my money back on number 3, splitting the wood like that, causing ingress and rot, hop the owner doesnt see this video, it could cost you dearly.😫😫😫
