What! NO mention of the 67 SRL311 2000 Fairlady Roadster?! 1000 made, maybe 300 or so left in the World? Nissan's first OHC engine, 2liter 150hp, 5 speed full synchro box, dominated racing in its category... huh.
I was hoping they would include at least something about the Fairlady line… I’ve been trying to find footage of that series since I got a ‘64 1500 SPL310 from my grandpa and we are in the middle of fixing it up. I was hoping they would include it since I can’t really find much video of the model. Most I’ve found of the car actually driving is maybe 2-3 videos of it driving.
A number of these cars are my 1971 2002’s competition in the B-Sedan category in VARA/SVRA. A lot of 510s and RX3s in particular. Many of the vid’s cars aren’t extra rare though. Regardless, though, a great compilation
