For safety at the very least, a 4 or 6 place battery powered intercom with headsets for everyone in the plane and the pilot/mechanic in control controlling the ptt connected to the portable radio, and at least one person outside the plane on a 2nd portable radio with a headset please. During the engine operations, I was seeing so many opportunities for things to go very wrong simply because no one could hear each other. Even when the windows and interior are intalled, a Beech 18 is quite noisy inside.

I don't doubt it. The engines sounded great together. Now to get the tail wheel off the runway and flatten the AoA.

That dual tach was sent out. Needles are sticking together. Needs to go back to the shop.
