Hey Norberis, we went to El Meson de la Cava on Saturday for my daughter’s birthday. That place is top notch. The ambiance, the food and the service - 5 stars! We had shrimp, steak, salmon and pasta between the 5 of us. The music was nice and they gave birthday shoutouts. I look forward to going back

Norberis, as always love the content! I’m surprise Laurels didn’t make your list. This eatery is top notch with great food and drinks! The Asian infused salmon is to die for! Great service and a nice ambiance!
And you are right that Laurel is top notch and is on the level I'm mentioning but we've only eaten there once. I will include that one and other in my next video because there is no way you can name all great restaurants here in one video or 10 videos🤣😂

Reservations are not required but you can make them. If you go during the day you should have no issues. There is no dress code but casual is recommended
As a Mexican, I wonder how authentic the food is at the Distrito Taco?
Remember I said it was Mexican fusion, not authentic. That's not the place for Authentic Mexican food.

I like Santo domingo restaurants. But they have nothing on La Bruja in Punta Cana. Omg
Lol...we have eaten at La Bruja in Punta Cana at both locations in Bavaro and in near Punta Cana Village more than once and the food is good but that restaurant has nothing on any of the restaurants in this video. Trust me...lol!
@@NorberisR trust me i love santo domingo restaurants. I eat at the Adrian Tropical and i eat in the restaurants in the Piantini area when I'm staying in Piantini. With that said, the food at the LA Bruja in Los Corales is undefeated .
I am a foodie! And I'm always staying in Santo Domingo when i visit. I'm familiar with some of these restaurants. A man's stomach knows lol😅. I've ate at Varaiata several times, it's nice but not better food than LA Bruja in Los Corales. The blue mall restaurants in piantini are overrated and don't deserve to be mentioned in this group you listed. Piantini has nice restaurants than the ones in blue mall in my opinion but i have yet to go to one better than La Bruja in Los Corales. I ate at the Meson cave. The ambiance and food is nice, I will admit that but the food doesn't measure up to LA Bruja los Corales. The Japanese one you mentioned I haven't tried. The one in Gazcue I haven't tried yet. I think you and your husband need to go back and revisit La Bruja in Los Corales again! The beef ribs literally were sliding off the bone as I was eating it omg. And I was ordering to go while sitting there getting second and thirds of everything on the menu. I couldn't believe how good the food was. I was there the first week in November of last year
We believe you. But we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one. We don't have to eat at a restaurant (la Bruja) 6 or 7 times to confirm it's not as good as what I mentioned here😅. La Bruja is a good restaurant and I recommend it, again we've eaten there many times. We just don't feel it can compare to any of restaurants mentioned in this video from ambience to food. That's a good thing we all like something different.
My husband said he is going to have to show you what good eating is, because good ribs are not supposed to fall off the bone..lol
