Beautiful Willemstad, CURACAO-Holland America Rotterdam

We haven't been to Curacao in more than 10 years and it is just as beautiful as we remember. This is definetely one of our favorite ports!
Curcacao is the "C" in the ABC Island chain and is part of the Lesser Antilles in the Southern Caribbean (approximately 40 miles North of the Venezuelan coast). The capital, Willemstad has brightly colored Dutch/Spanish architecture and more shops and restaurants that we could count. The history and culture is everywhere!
If arriving by a Cruise Line, the downtown area is a short walk past the Renaissance Hotel at RIF Fort. Curacao has 38 beaches, mainly on the south side of the island.
