I need help, this is my first time with a drone and I don't know how to reduce the speed and when I turn it on it starts to fly to the left and at a very fast speed, is that how it should be or?
Make sure you calibrate the drone before taking off (factory reset, factory calibration). Do not use automatic take off, try to take off manually. This should help to get familiar with how drone behaves. What you experience is a normal thing for beginner. You need to get used to drone behavior. Usually there is a speed button, and when you turn the drone on, it should be at the lowest speed.
Not to be confused here: one thing is the calibration before take-off, and then, if it still drifts, you calibrate it in the air, which is another thing. And this drone does not have GPS system, so a bit of drifting is normal.
My e88 got a bit different controller than the one on the video, tried calibrating it this way and also according to manual (it said to push both sticks down right at the same time), neither of these worked for me, just nothing happens, anyone got the same problem?

Rolling in the air works fine. When calibrating, the speed setting should not matter. I usually set the speed level to the highest to have better control of the drone.

After turning the drone off, when you turn it on again, it may keep flying well, and if not, you need to reset it again or adjust it manually using the four buttons while in the air. But the general advice by the manufacturers is always perform factory calibration after turning the drone on (gyroscope reset or factory reset) and then, if necessary, fine tune it with manual calibration while in the air.
Better calibrate it each time before flight, in some cases it may fly ok without calibrating after take off as well. This model has a camera at the bottom which helps to stabilize the drone.

Calibration reset looks like saves it in the memory even after you turn the drone off. Calibration that you perform during the flight looks like not. Mainly for cheap drones, it is always advised to do a calibration reset on a plain surface after you turn it on. On more advanced but cheap drones it may not even let you fly if you do not perform calibration.

not bad video. make more video like this and get yourself more confident in talking. secondly i guess its drifting a lot now cus i crushed to wall couple times. :D and i guess same to you as well. its plastic and easily bends even let say 0.0001mm bend means its not as it should be. my suggestion - Get a new one and repeat this process.

Press the left button a few time till it comes to the centre. Done.

Mine doesn’t do anything for pulling down the 2 sticks, its not even holding its height while flyin just falls if I don’t push it upwards :/

NOPE. Max is about 8 grams while still being able to go up, after that it just hovers and you can't move upwards

You just calibrate it each time you want to fly, it's easy to do.
Better calibrate it each time before flight, in some cases it may fly ok without calibrating after take off as well. This model has a camera at the bottom which helps to stabilize the drone.
