Fun fact: This is actually a reference to where the song comes from. It originally comes from a game called Sound Voltex (another Konami game) where its highest level has the same button mashing pattern.
technically this is a jack, and they are doing food switches. a stream would be some thing more like a constant 8th note BUT there is more than just one arrow
That long stream of jacks is performed by having both feet tiptoeing in the center and then hitting the down arrow with the heel, alternating each foot. There are two songs that use this unusual technique: the one called dadadadadada and Reach the Sky, Without You on the highest difficulty
I remember back when I had still only cleared like 2 or 3 18s and was going through the a20 pack for something new and seeing this chart. Proceeded to die on my first attempt at the B section, thought “That’s hilarious and terrible at the same time. Imma do it again.” And proceded to get it after like 2 or 3 attempts some how, and then couldn’t clear it again for like months afterwards.
Ha, I was waiting to see if this would be uploaded. Definitely #NoRegrets suggesting that song to you. Also, FYI, apparently Bi is now available to unlock for DDR A20+, as I just saw it this past Saturday, so safe to say, I will try to unlock this song for you to try that chart whenever we meet up! :D
Do you ever plan on drumming to the Just shapes and beats songs from the newest update the lost chapter? You really showed your love for the game in a past stream of the Soundtrack
I can't tell if this is better or worse than Horatio's Challenge Chart in the US console version of X... On one hand, super fast jacks. On the other, strange Shock Arrow streams.
You've seen nothing until you've seen a WinDEU chart. Undefined Fantastical Original SIMfiles, Arrows are Magic Vol.1&2, and last but not least the "WinDEW Hates You" series
jarod, ill be real with you here - you're not doing that with a keyboard either. your accuracy would be so poor you'd fail in the process, and attempting to vibro this is not happening either.
for those who don't know, vibroing is when you spam a key as fast as you can for a certain amount of time to hit tightly-packed notes in the same column. usually this is only a few, though, since the usual time scale is 1/4 of a beat, and since the average vibro section is about 180-190bpm you can see the issue of long vibro sections. this is a 17 second long 116 note 170bpm vibro section (might be 117 notes, someone can likely recheck that but i think it ended on the 617th note. cant easily tell since i have hyper fast note speeds on for pretty much every 4key game)
Fun fact: This is actually a reference to where the song comes from. It originally comes from a game called Sound Voltex (another Konami game) where its highest level has the same button mashing pattern.
in sdvx tho you can play it thanks to the top row button size LOL
Wasn’t Brain Power originally on a Sound Voltex game?
@@tai-imyr849 Yep. Got removed a few years ago sadly.
You missed the fact that not only is it a mashing pattern, but you mash button 🅱️
"That hurts my soul. Now, I wanna play it." Yepp, DDR/PIU player in a nutshell, I confirm. :D
True
DDR/SDVX Bi CSP 16/MAX 18 🤝 PIU Final Audition 1 S19
2:26 "You can't really tap dance very easily on a DDR pad" sums up this video perfectly.
I've played StepMania on keyboard for years so at first I was like "this isn't that bad" but then I realized this was a dance pad chart
I can never quite remember that "DDR" means "Dance Dance Revolution", not the german name for east germany.
Safe to say, I was very confused
came for the most ridiculouschart of the German Democratic Republic
not sure if I'm disappointed
Most ridiculous DDR chart is an understatement, those are some INSANE streams holy crap
the streams aren't that bad, it's that god damn jack in the middle
u ain't seen streams

Wait till you see Endymion, I would love to see a drum cover too. Especially of the full version. With gravity blasts and everything haha
you got what you asked for somehow
I got this randomly recommended to me, and this is the same reaction I had when this chart was released.
I can relate to this, I also want to dive straight into self-torture after finding an insane chart.
Also B
You know it’s gonna be good when the video has Japanese characters in the title.
If modcharts are the hardest mental difficulty rhythm games reach, this is by far the highest technical/physical difficulty you can see
Has he reacted to anything from NotITG yet?
u ain't seen Matt silver
I would have to be 15 levels of drunk to even come close to dancing like that
Footswitch hell

"AND THIS IS TO GO EVEN...FURTHER BEYOND....6 HUNDREDS COMBO!"

The last time I saw something like that was the original chart for paranoia eternal on 5th mix, big jacks
Ah Afronovers, confusing DDR players since 1999.
Jerod was so spooked by it that he didn't even finish the video
2:50 "Now I wanna play it!"
So uhhh...can we see how you play it?
This song brought to you by the same duo that gave us Punai Punai and Bamboo.
It's called foot switching. Look it up. Makes this bit totally fesiable.
exactly
I wish I could’ve seen the person doing this, that would be even more fun to watch. I’m just imagining someone’s legs moving like a Jojo stand’s arms.
Me at the start of this vid: Aw, if I wasn't disabled now, we could have been DDR buds.
Me halfway through the vid: 😲 *W h a t*
he ain't seen overdrive csp

I was just thinking about this song an hour ago. It's just too catchy! びびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびび
Jerod going through the same stages of grief we all did trying this chart.
The chart of this song is Absolutely Busted.
Gross jacks (and triple jacks), Afronova steps, and LET'S LEARN HOW TO FOOTSWITCH REAL GOOD-
DDR charts have gotten so brutal. 🤣
I was expecting a base drop but we got a jaw drop
Believe it or not, that down arrow jack section is the easiest part of the chart
Oh my god, I requested this months ago

LET"S GO
BPM - Intro Asgard on Drums! PLEASE!
I'm just confused how ddr players can read the charts when 90% of their screen is covered by their combo counter and judge
After a while, you learn to ignore it.
It is annoying though.
It becomes second nature to ignore and focus on the upcoming arrows after practice.
And also A20 players pay Konami 3 bucks in order to get the combo and judgement to show up behind the arrows on their profile settings
and then there's the notitg guys sightreading the most bonkers bullshit
@@nohintsherelol
I remember watching some of the guys who did ITG stuff.
I'll stick to keyboard, tyvm
びびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびびび---------------! Also this song getting him to legit stop drumming... And no, I can't do this... yet.
That insane part of the song you have to do footswitches
Do you ever plan on drumming to the Just shapes and beats songs from the newest update the lost chapter? You really showed your love for the game in a past stream of the Soundtrack
That one part isn't even a jack even, its a one button drill at this point
What the- how?
I can't tell if this is better or worse than Horatio's Challenge Chart in the US console version of X...
On one hand, super fast jacks.
On the other, strange Shock Arrow streams.
Horatio CSP wouldn’t be THAT bad with DDR WORLD Shock Arrow timing.
I hope you like footswitches! 😂
your typical 秋 feat.ちょこ song lmao
Бей барабанщик, бей 🥁💪
Lol he hasn't see I-LL's Sputnik yet, they have some ridiculous timing
Please rip and tear remaster
Uh...how do i search this song on RUclips?

I mean, if you wanna talk charts... could always send him a mod chart, like any of the stage 4 or 5 charts from the last couple of UKSRT tournaments.
@@gstol1ify has anybody sent him a NotITG modchart on stream yet?
*listens to song*
And to think Friday Night Funkin’s Boyfriend has remained strangely silent since this dropped.
Happy feet
Wombo combo
That ain’t Falco
oohh ohhh ohhh ohh
🐝
The "Bi" hurts
I mean, I don't think anyone would be using a foam pad lol
Wrong one
At least on expert, those jacks are drills.
That's actually even worse ☠

I would rather play A Site De La Rue (HOHOHO Song) than this.
Came for East Germany but well ok

Friday Night Funkin mods be like:
dont forget the shockingly bad charting and horrible difficulty spikes, both in-between charts and during them
Its aint that hard thought just gotta use both feet one the bottom arrow and pray you dont break the arrow
Lmao "it ain't that hard."
