I love how it works so well with the landmine. What a fantastic space saver. I was going to buy a chest support row, but this changed my mind ❤ thanks coop. Make me spend all my money
Between Revolt and BoS, the latter is a no brainer. I believe the Revolt one needs to be bolted on so adjusting it would be tedious. Unless of course, they changed the design since I last saw it.
3:24 I'm assuming if you're working with very heavy dumbells it might be hard to get off that because of the limited body support and you might need to drop your weights needing some good floor matting in around the area, and partial matting might not be the best so....yeah....things to think about.
@Drew Young Bro, I have the bulldog pad, the Prichett Pad, a seated cable row, and the standalone standing Rogue t-bar row. Now that Fray fitness finally restocked their seated plate loaded iso row, I'm considering getting that, too. You can *never* have too many ways to row.
I’ve always liked back work. Probably my best muscle group. Bought this the second i bought my monster rack and it doesn’t disappoint. Pricy for sure but it’s gonna outlast me and my kids will get it
Hey Coop, anyway you could go over the best home leg extension options? This could be the best leg extensions on benches, rack attachments, monkey feet, etc.? Maybe hit on ones that feel good and also have good range of motion, i addition to all the typical stuff (price, footprint, ease of setup, etc)
That other option is for people that dont have a landmine lol I already got landmine attached to my rack and it just doesn't feel safe. Ive injured my back before so this looks like it'll be worth it. The chest supported T Bar row at the gym is one of my favorite machines to get a deep stretch.
I just received and built my FM-6 twin with the Pritchett pad 2 weeks ago. It’s awesome. You just adjust the trolley up high out of the way and mount the pad on one of the front vertical posts.
Great piece of equipment, but I wish Rogue had less overbuilt stuff for smaller guys like me. My dip attachment could be a third of the weight and still be 100 % stable.
I’ve actually been looking into this very topic the last week. The bull pad is gonna be my pick because I saw people on here attaching it to a spotter arm and it essentially doing the same as the Pritchett pad while still being more versatile and having an attachment option
You can’t say all that and not send a brother a link to the video! That’s a brilliant idea attaching it to spotter arms to get essentially the same functionality!
And he doesn’t show the spotter arm solution but with the spotter arm solution and just seeing some ways he used it and the availability of the hang row attachment, I’m going with sorinex ruclips.net/video/WJ-rCi3hQ8M/видео.html
Just thinking I have a Swiss bar I could put on my rack and then make a little pad out of wood /foam/vinyl that could lock in the Swiss bar . The Swiss bar will rotate and adjust to whatever angle is comfortable. I could maybe even lock the angle into place using bands Then I have a tbar row accessory. So basically a diy Pritchett pad The only thing is will the Swiss bar get in the way of my arms . I could maybe feed them through the gaps
I’ve been waiting for Vendetta Strength and Athletics to release their adjustable arm that is similar to the Sorinex Bulldog and Revolt pad. You can see it in some of his videos that show what the brackets can do. All about that versatility baby!
It's great! It's perfect! Except: in my small home gym, the only side I can fit the landmine + tbar on is the opposite outside of the rack from what this product requires. Ironic because as a left-handed person I'm used to most things being designed to the wrong handedness for my needs as it is. Luckily I'm a fabricator too, so I guess I'll be making my own.
I can see using this for low pulley rows, if the pulldown machine aligned to it correctly. Havent seen the price yet, so that's always the biggest factor.
Could this work on one of the monster Dumbbell racks? If it worked, that could be a good out of the way storage option, where you could always leave it set up and ready to go
Did Stray dog and bells of steel piss you off Coop? I would think those are probably the two best selling alternatives. Granted the bells is only in 5\8 at the moment.
The fact that it's really only good for one exercise is a big negative imo If someone can make something that mimics the benefits of both the bulldog and the pritchett pad, I will totally be there
Has anyone seen granite fitness chest supported row? Seems better as there is a place to put your feet for support… although it doesn’t attach to the rack but it looks semi-lightweight
bulldog pad seems easier to store, and throw around... but it is 1" holes only, and over $100 more.... so all those monster lite users really don't have a choice!
rogue is high out of their minds if they think this is worth 300 dollars, its sick dont get me wrong, but its got no moving parts, just a pad on some metal and they want 300? ill wait till a cheaper version is made and sold on amazon
The rack wall... you are a man for the people
I wanted it as soon as I saw Jerry pulling 4 plates. I started thinking twice when I saw the price in CAD$ ($405+shipping, Zoinks!)
I love how it works so well with the landmine. What a fantastic space saver. I was going to buy a chest support row, but this changed my mind ❤ thanks coop. Make me spend all my money
You were going to spend money either way. Coop helped you *save* money. Not spend it.
@@hitleractually8180 it was sarcasm. But you need intelligence to pick up what I was putting down. You know a joke. Did not mean to trigger anyone.
I’d welcome a review of the Revolt chest pad against the BOS seal row pad. Throw in the Sorinex to make it interesting!
Second
All in favor?
Between Revolt and BoS, the latter is a no brainer. I believe the Revolt one needs to be bolted on so adjusting it would be tedious. Unless of course, they changed the design since I last saw it.
agreed!
I store mine upside down on the back post on my rack and let the pad rest against the post. Works pretty good.
Finally! I’ve been waiting for this review. Thank you! I knew I could count on coop for a good assessment.
Storage on this thing might be an issue if you don't have power rack realestate to just burn
I own one and really like it - but yes storage is definitely an issue
I tried it at the store and was impressed with it. Felt solid...I want it.

The bulldog pad is a lot more comfortable. The only reason I would recommend this to someone is for the Landmine row option.

@@hitleractually8180 which of those would you pick? Is the pritchett pad comfortable on the chest? able to get a deep ROM with it?
I use it and love it

Alright! Something else I can weld together. Love the ideas. 😊
more landmine attachment reviews please! underrated piece of equipment

I’d love to see this paired with the new functional trainer to see how they can be used together

The sorinex pad isn’t offset though so the bar won’t be underneath you
You need to review the rogue-lite attachment and tell us which racks they work with.
Great videos lately, thanks!

Good Review... Why have we not seen a review on Titan's Open Trap Bar????
Review the berserker press by bells of steel please!!

I'm wondering at what angle a seal row starts working shoulders such as upright row vs actually working the back muscles when flat.
What is the light/lamp used in this video. I've got to get one!
Coop will this fit the vesta fitness racks?

Sickkkk. Did u try using the ares for cable work like face pulls or incline lat pull downs?
I can see using this for low pulley rows, if the pulldown machine aligned to it correctly. Havent seen the price yet, so that's always the biggest factor.
Is there UHMW on the side of the attachment where the bar is riding close when you have it in the landmine? I could see the bar banging into that.
Would this fit on a Ethos rack?
Anyone tried this with a SML1 half rack ?
only works with shorter technique bar.
Can you do chest supported barbell rows with this or does it feel awkward?
my question as well
Okay, flipping need this
Why wasn’t the bells of steel seal row pad included as an alternative? Is it considered to be too small to be in this group?
BoS isn't paying him
Do they have a companion piece to out barbells?
Which Rogue T Bar handle would you recommend? The straight handle (like you're using here) or the angled handle?
Could this work on one of the monster Dumbbell racks?
If it worked, that could be a good out of the way storage option, where you could always leave it set up and ready to go
I wonder if you could store it on a wall bench holder or vertically on an upper hole in a 6 post rack
The issue I see is the same problem I have with tbar rows. I just dont want to set it up and take it down all the time.
Bro, you’re lifting weights but don’t want to lift a weight before you lift weights? 🤷🏼♂️
@@rpc2112 exactly. I d9nt want to spend all my time setting stuff up and taking it down just to do an exercise.
Have you used anything from valor fitness? Any thoughts on valor
This is perfect
what depth rack is required to use it with a landmine?
Coup, I have my landmine set up on the wall with a 3x3 mini. If I set another mini on the wall would it work?
A preacher extension for this might work well.
Is there room to slip a J Cup on it so you don’t have to pick up the landmine off the floor once loaded?
YOu would probably have to put the j-cup on the same side as the offset and thus, the cup will get in the way when you're trying to row.
Gotta ask a sidebar question. Who are the music performers we hear at the end of the videos?
If it was adjustable, I would buy today
Rep will have one soon I am sure.
His the Lite version able to support the same amount of weight?
So there’s no hook or cup to set the barbell in at the top of the movement or even half way done??
They didnt "barrow" the idea from Sorinex? Saw them first to market
Would this work with a 24” depth rack??
would this work on a narrow depth rack??
Can you use it with a barbell off the ground as a “seal row?”
Let's see a review with Revolt and Bells of Steel pads
Does the bells of steel pad seem to be a little small?
Let’s see Paul Allan’s card
Could I use this on a titan rack?
What's that T-Row handle you are using with the bar?
What if I use a rack mounted preacher curl? Is it the same?
Will this fit the titan x3 rack?
I would want something that stores in a small home gym better.
If your rack is not bolted how much minimum weight to put in back of rack? Two, three plates on each side?
Did Stray dog and bells of steel piss you off Coop? I would think those are probably the two best selling alternatives. Granted the bells is only in 5\8 at the moment.
1:01 thats what she said.
You figured out where/how to store it yet when not in use?
Next to the rack.
I'm curious how the angles would work for a tall dude (6' 7"). If anyone else has experience with that, I'd love to hear about it.
The fact that it's really only good for one exercise is a big negative imo
If someone can make something that mimics the benefits of both the bulldog and the pritchett pad, I will totally be there
What kind of T-Bar was that?
I like it
I see Sam I hit that fucking like button
I Love mine. Pad a little hard under chest tho.
Cant this be dine with an incline bench?
Chest supported row at the gym is one of my faves but I agree, this is too pricey.
Has anyone seen granite fitness chest supported row? Seems better as there is a place to put your feet for support… although it doesn’t attach to the rack but it looks semi-lightweight
I have it. Works aa good as any t bar machine Ive used in a commercial gym. It is a excellent product.
Cool idea, but if I had room to store that, I’d just buy an actual t-bar row machine.
bulldog pad seems easier to store, and throw around... but it is 1" holes only, and over $100 more.... so all those monster lite users really don't have a choice!
ROGUE TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE 😅
Rogue is CrossFit equipment
Hate to break it to you. They sell for everything
does anyone find these types of tbar rows smush your organs?
DID HE SAY RACK WALL? MUESUM INCOMING 2040, I NEED TO PREORDER TICKETS NOW
WSM Finalist*
I just use my incline bench and my barbell😅
Wack
I prefer my Bulldog Pad from Sorinex.
You have never used the Rogue Pritchett pad.
can it still work with 16inch depth rack (rep pr 5000 half rack style)?
"You straddle then you go down."
Save $400 and use a bench?
Wack comment
Pretty sure some of your hair is growing back
Doesn’t look like it works for tall people
Bull dog pad...uh, not.
First
These track mounted pads don't do anything a bench can't do with the exception of a bar row. Not worth buying for one move
Dumb comment
store it on a wall rack
Outrageously niche (useless) product
Coop you looking toned brother
Why not just do pendlay/barbell rows
rogue is high out of their minds if they think this is worth 300 dollars, its sick dont get me wrong, but its got no moving parts, just a pad on some metal and they want 300? ill wait till a cheaper version is made and sold on amazon
Stay broke.
You asked what I think.
A. Coop and the GRR team absolutely rock
B. Rogue is the leader in the fitness industry and it’s not even close
