Me being a Sri lankan is so grateful of you guys trying out our local dishes cause sri lankan food is so underrated yet got the potential to tantalize all your taste buds. Much love from all the way from Sri Lanka ❤🙌
Authentic Sri Lankan food!. You know that hot butter cuttle fish is most famously and best enjoyed with a freezing cold ceylon beer!... Don't forget to try it again with a beer!
Oh wow they used very simple things for decoration but they are so nice all of foods looks very delicious good job guys all of u are doing very well recommendation to the people about restaurants and they can decide where they want to go for rating good foods the videos are very clear and high quality ty guys,♥️♥️♥️♥️🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋
I didn’t know how exactly they made it or what ingredients they used it but as a Sri Lankan we usually make meat curries like beef chicken or pork first we roast curry powder and chilly powder and add black pepper salt ginger garlic garcinia and we mix it and seasoned like 30miniutes and we chopped onion green chilly the we add to two table spoon oil to the fan and then we added to that chopped onion and chilly then we add curry leaves pandan leaves and cinnamon and two cardamon after that then we add seasoned meat then we close the lit and after 10to 15 minutes we added some water and then we cooked it like 30 minutes then we can eat😊 love your vedios
The hoppers youve had i feel its "kiri Appa" milk hoppers. Cause its a different texture that we prepare here in SL. Its nore crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. My nana made the best beef curry ever♥️ God rest her soul and her blessed hands for the food she made, it was a literal feast every meal and every day. Thanks for reviewing our lankan dishes. Bless up🙏🏼♥️
Those curries are not for eat individually i suppose. U should mix those with the main dish kottu or rice. Just an idea, that's how native are used to eat.. 😊😊
@@Bufflunch we find them outer part is very crisp and middle is very fluffy and soft but small but this is like no middle part only crispy the whole hopper
I understand your view BUT alot of places sell street food style dishes. So you can enjoy the street food dishes that have developed over the years that you would normally buy on the street, in the comfort of a restaurant. Many places do this. We definitely did not want to upset you or anyone. It was only referring to the style of dishes we tried. Thanks for watching 🙏🏽❤️
@@damithasapouter part becomes soft and fluffy because, they didn't use any artificial things in it. That's actually the healthy way. In SL people use alot of artificial things so, that's the reason for them to become like a cracker. Homemade hoppers becomes soft too.

Come to Sri Lanka for a food tour, yummy seafood like crabs , lobster, shrimp and many more are there
My (Sri Lankan) grandma died in 1988, when I was about 7. If she were alive today, I probably won't fit through most doors.
🙈 firstly sorry to hear she passed away. But yes if I had a sri lankan grandma I would also not fit through any doors. Hahahahah 😆❤️
bro you should have some white rice to mix with them all

This is very wrong to say/imply STREET FOOD (PLACE) to Foreigners/RUclipsrs when all the foods are not in the street.. but in a Restaurant...
