I got the cloud red edition. Day 1, touch screen issues. Day 2, two updates, now it's perfectly 🙂 fine. The 865processer is extremely fast. Very impressed. The 120hz display even at 1080p, excellent. The clarity is off the map. Well, bottom line for it's price kind of a no-brainer. I think it's a very good offering. Very good review!

What if I moved my sim card from my old phone to this one? Do I still need to transfer data? Also can data transfer be done after setup, or is that your only chance?
I just got my phone 2 weeks ago now and prefer it over the iPhone i used for 6 years absolutely love it . Couple questions tho - a few of my apps are grayed out for a short time while setting it up and I noticed it wasn't like that when u were setting up . Any reason for that ?
Thanks for sharing! We're not sure what could have greyed out some of your apps. Did you remove the microSD by any chance? What your setup looks like may differ from market to market and even by network operators. Thanks for watching!
I tap and scan a picture . Then I get a totally black screen saying : drag corners to adjust scanning area. Help . Where is the snag ? All settings required are on.
Can my music be transferred from Sony XA1 ultra micro sd card via Bluetooth to a new micro sd card on Samsung s20fe ? If it can which app would be the best one to play my music on?
Jean, if you are transferring from SD card to SD card, it would probably be easier to make a folder on your pc, insert the micro SD card (probably using an adapter to a full size SD card slot) and copy from SD Card 1 - > folder->SD card 2
Can anyone help ? Ive just bought one of these and paying £20 a month £10 a month for the phone and £10 a month for the 3g. Trouble is its just arrived and there IS no sim. So what sim do i use ? And why am i paying £10 a month for 3g if i am having to use a different sim i will have to go out any buy myself. I am trying to drag myself into the 21st century and I just dont get any of it. I am literally one step away from just joining the amish lol
After 4 hours of fighting with my new s20 fe 5g I have boxed it up for return shipment. I did a smart transfer from my s7 but only got 1/2 of my apps and data and ended up locked out of all but my gmail. Then when I tried to reset to factory settings to get my data out of it the phone it would not do it. Very disappointed!
The PIN, usually on your SIM Card would be secret to the owner of the SIM. If a new one the default is usually 0000 or 1234, unless printed on the packaging the SIM came with. Thanks for watching!

Also after setting up blockchain a few days later it reset on its own so I had to set it up again. What u think caused the reset ?
