Hi! Do less than 10 repetitions, but do at least 3 sets. As you get used to this workout you may increase reps and/or sets or even increase resistance. (Am not a doctor/coach😊😊)

What do you recommend for those that might not be able to untie a note in the resistance band? For example, my uncle has no feeling in his fingers.
