The law clearly states that speedometers must never show less than the actual speed, and NEVER MORE than 110%. That's a 10% variance, which could be as little as just 0.000001% (almost negligible) above the actual speed and STILL be LEGAL. So, as I said earlier, I'll believe what my eyes tell me, and not the incoherent ramblings of a nobody.

Finally, I chose the pure gasoline version (126kW 168HP) because I am using the car on weekend and I feel that although the hybrid version is more fuel-efficient, But I can’t save the two version price difference.

I reckon that some are close to 7.9/7.8, which is not far off 8.18, knowing that it was a brand new car with only 1400 kilometers. What you don't understand it that there a display offset between the speedo car and the phone GPS app. As you can see, when I let off the throttle, the speed on the GPS view keep increasing for a short period of time after I let off, which confirme and offset and that's all. Your car is not close to 7 seconds. All the other videos are well timed, I did recently 7.49 with my swift sport.

😂 how do people think their stop watch is more accurate then a draggy is hilarious.. A car's speedometer are ( usually ) 5+-10+ km/h then real speed I say usually because some can be pretty on point but . Draggy / Qstarz are amazingly accurate devices

It's clearly hitting 100kph/60mph shortly after 7 seconds, which matches the manufacturer's figures of 7.4 seconds.
It's a GPS measure, connected with satellites. The difference you see is just a display offset.

Unfortunately from what I have heard the car speed is limited by the electric motor rotation speed.
It wouldn't be able to hit 220 because its hybrid. Old fabia has higher top speed with 100hp
