Probably ten years ago it was, I went to a yardsale and saw nothing game related. I asked the dude if he had any games. He went inside and came out with a box of NES games. Zeldas, Contras, Marios, all the staples. I asked how much and he said “I don’t want em. You can have em.” I said I didn’t feel right just paying nothing so he asked me to just pick something else at random from the sale and buy it & we’d call it square. So I bought a $3 VCR he had so Id have a spare. Got the NES stuff for nuthin.
Wow, can't be free especially with these. You got some staples here and plenty of trade bait as needed. Blue Dragon has a pedigree that made me want to check it out. Love Red Dead; been wanting to play it for years (was hoping for a remake perhaps). The Saboteur is so good and under appreciated!
This individual or someone they live with is likely a seller. Those games (all but the OG xbox) were all from the $5 bin at GameStop back when they carried all those. They cleared em out during a 4 for $10 sale and weren’t able to flip em due to lack of demand. But now? Some of those are gonna appreciate a little because obviously GameStop doesn’t carry those anymore. And there were a lot of fun games in that lot. Definitely play Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Not online anymore but the campaign was KILLER. Can’t beat that many games for free.
