Hi, it’s an inspiring video, beautiful wreath! I did Christmas wreath making workshop last year in my local area. I really enjoyed and decided to make an autumn wreath by myself. Just buying some materials like wires, ribbons, dried fruits I have already spent a half of money which I paid the Christmas wreath! Sometimes you don’t know what things actually cost! Thanks for your video I’ll be out my rainy garden for foraging 😊
I love your creativity with everything coming from your garden....beautiful. It's a real art and passion to create from materials grown on your own land. I do much the same, but not nearly as nicely done as your expertise.
I just went foraging this morning for my wreath base! I literally look forward to this time of year just because I love foraging so much. I’ve always used wire but now I’m looking at that mossy spot in my garden with interest 😂 thanks for the inspiration!!
This wreath was absolutely beautiful. I will be making one like this in the next few days. I'm a florist in NY and I so wish I was in the UK to meet you and work alongside you. You're an amazing gift! Thank you for bringing to light, our value and worth as florists and artists. The work that we do is very time consuming and detail oriented. It saddens me when some customer will say things like, they're just flowers, it can't be that difficult to make. But I've learned who my customers are and tell the other's that don't value my worth to just move along! You're an absolute delight to watch! I wish that I had discovered myself 30 years ago.. but I'm learning it's never to late to do what you love!
Lovely wreath. I live on a wooded lot so, of course I have lots of moss. I love it and find many uses. A friend entered an arrangement in a county fair. She texted me saying she won a blue ribbon. Her arrangement with MY Moss.
Ohmygoodness how beautiful I’m really going to have a go not sure I’ve enough bits but I’ll forage some on my walk … I’ve just cut some willow stems … thanks Georgie 🌸❤️
Oh I definitely subcribed. I am making autumn (Thanksgiving) wreaths right now, and I picked up a couple of tips from this video. Also, I like your style. You ARE doing the right thing. Oops, just noticed that this video was made last year- gave me a start when I saw October 28th, as I thought I'd somehow lost a few days!
I re watched this video just for fun. When you mentioned foraging it reminded me of something that happened years ago. My teaching partner wanted to make wreaths as gifts for members of her family. Everyone really loved their gift. However, everyone shows up with poison ivy at Christmas. The forager had unknowingly included poison ivy in all of the wreaths. Lesson learned? Forage in known territory?
I love the Willow idea but here we have wild fruitless grapevine that grows everywhere ugh so it’s a good opportunity to cut it down. At work I remove the moss that grows under the greenhouse benches but never thought of using it except for topping off potted plants. You’re wreath is at least worth 150-175$. Am I close?
Ah! You're amazing! Love the conscientiousness evident in your work and words.
thank you x
Bay keeps negative energy away. I'm a hereditary witch and burn bay all the time in my home. Thank you for the tips. 😊
You are so welcome! x

Hello Charlottesville x
Love this video! Could you tell me what variety that abundant rose is? Breathtaking!
without watching back it's probably bonica x
Stunning! Desperate to know how you secure without wire ☺, I've used weeping willow and its turned out OK! X
Come on my mossed wreath demo (book place on my website) and you’ll get ALL the details x
Wow fantastic wreath your so talented 😊
Thanks so much 😊 x
Gorgeous wreath! I'm curious as to how long it would last on a door with the fresh flowers? Love your videos. Thanks.
In cool outdoors it would fade slowly over several weeks x

aint that the truth! x
So beautiful!!!! When I use Verbena Bonen. the little purple flower drop so easily, is it normal?
They do she’s but I don’t mind - the remaining seed heads are attractive too x
How did you tie the flowers on without wire?
Raffia x

Vine sounds great and miss will be perfect - I charge £95 for this so I’m clearly too cheap! Xxx
@@theflowerfarmer I guessed around 100 pounds so I was very close! Looks great!
Do you use wire?
I can’t figure out how to put the moss on the wreath. I wish that I could come to your workshop!
I’m an amateur who lives across the pond!
Twine
The workshop is online and we send a recording if the time is inconvenient x
