It took me 12 hours to get to this point, I've been exploring and doing all the side quests. This game is Looooooooooong.
Is this game worth it

Damn they went all out on this game. I’m very impressed.
A subtle thing I love is with a lot of beam attacks obliterating enemies, you can see their freaking ASHES after the get obliterated.
This game is subtly brutal and I love it.
@@jj_grabes I agree. There's a perfect balance. The characters are definitely getting banged up but there's no unnecessary blood or gore. Even some of the torture scenes in the game(particularly the two times poor Goku was physically tortured and that rare occasion where poor Vegeta was being brutally beaten and eventually murdered by Frieza)were actually tolerable to watch whereas originally I had a hard time watching them without wanting to cry or wanting to throw up.

in the end, i think frieza did change and turn into a good guy in DBS. after all, if he was still a bad guy, he would have destroyed earth and other planets after tournament of power arc

Frieza only participated so he can be brought back to life, he also says that he doesnt intent to change his violent tyranny. After the Tournament of power the DBS:broly movie takes place.

Script is the real answer, Goku was the one to get mad here because ssj. But in-story explanation (IMO): Gohan was in shock OR respected/feared freiza too much in that moment after he survived a solar spirit bomb and was STILL moving savage.
He has brains that krillin could be eventually revived and that death in dbz is a joke

Pablo Osset dude, that stuff have me chills, The only dragon ball related game I’ve played Is DragonBall Xenoverse 2, so I was not expecting a full on SCREAM from frieza since I’ve only heard very annoyed to just angry. But that was scream was the purest hatred I’ve heard!
@@Nerv_Swirv His voice actor is always one of the best, but he really brought his best to this game. Ironically, Sean (Goku's voice) I think ain't at his best, although still doing a great job. But Jesus, Freeza's is just spectacular this time around.

See in the manga Piccolo didn’t try to protect Goku, Freezer was aiming for him the whole time. I like how it closely follows the manga in some instances.
Pretty sure piccolo still got shot first in the anime without needing to protect goku

Steven Martinez, the anime Piccolo pushes Goku in an attempt to save him. This did not happen in the manga. Instead Freezer just shot him down.
Well they got some right and some wrong like frieza never begged for mercy goku just showed him a little kindness and gave him enough energy to get off the planet.
22:17 my, just look at this expression on goku's face. Its a mix of grudge, regret, sadness, hatred, remorse. Even with all the fury, even becoming a super saiyan, he hesitates after killing frieza. The classic Goku its a masterpiece character.

The details on Krillin as he was dying was nuts.
The way the cracks in the armor started to glow as he was about to explode is low key graphic as hell. The attention to detail is truly impressive. I gotta play this game.
The theme that plays when the planet starts to erupt with magma as you fight Freeza is incredible! It feels so much like a final boss battle! It might as well be too, as I think the Freeza saga would’ve been the perfect stopping point for Z.
People say that the frieza saga was supposed to be the finale but toriyama's editors insisted to keep going. That may be why the writing is off at some points in z and super

If you play Bardock Falls right as the ending cutscene where Frieza gets cut in half starts, it fits the timings REALLY well.

Let's change the angle of view then: did Frieza and his men killed only Namekians and Vegeta in their whole lives ? Is Namek the only planet who blew up because of Frieza ? No and a simple example are the Saiyans killed back then.
Now tell me, you are the Dragon and the wish is to bring back EVERYONE that was killed by Frieza and his men. What, the Saiyans aren't part of EVERYONE ? The numerous people not Namekians/Vegeta who were also killed by Frieza and Co are not part of EVERYONE too ? You would consider them too and bring back EVERYONE like it was asked you to do.
Namekians at the time of the wish still had a planet to live on but what about the others who didn't have one anymore since Frieza likes to blow them up ? They would be revived in the void and die again. That's all i'm pointing out, no need to tell me a story i already know.
From 4 hours to 22 minutes, maybe in the next 20 years we'll have this fight reduced to the legendary 5 minutes
