Just for anyone wondering, you will possibly need more than 10 chunks, the following are probabilities of getting a slime chunk and the number of chunks to get it just pick whatever you're happy with: 65% - 10 75% - 14 85% - 16 90% - 22 95% - 29 99.9% - 66 It is a geometric distribution so it is mathematically impossible to ever guarantee a slime chunk no matter how many you dig out but you can get close, depends how many chunks you can be bothered to mine.
I have spotted a slime in a cave and I built a border around the chunk that I found it inside and the surrounding 8 chunks, ever since then not a single slime spawned, even tho I put torches around the chunks in a big radius and did the same thing on 3 different levels

for the website part, is it possible ot get the seed of the world w/o cheats? me and my friends are playing on our own mc server and i do not have commands
I mean you could use a mod to get the seed. Idk if you would consider it as hacking, but if you don't you can "crack" the seed with the Fabric mod seedcrackerX

actually you are wrong slime chunks can spawn in the mushroom fields biome -3619191838720179198 this is the seed i am currently playing the mushroom fields is not far from spawn, ignore the woodland mansion by spawn and head to X900 Z300 you will find the mushroom fields biome in the chunkbase it shows a slime chunk at 900 325 and 900 375 and both of those chunks are within the mushroom fields biome slimes will spawn within these slime chunks making them the only hostile mob that can naturally spawn in the mushroom fields biome at Y level 40 and lower

Idk but press f3 and check if u digged the whole chunk and see if ur low enough
Maybe it’s not even a slime chunk
try out replacing torches with blocks like gllowstone or jack o lanterns!!

You didn't need to do that much. Part of it, is light up everything else, so only the area you are mining can spawn slimes.
What level should I start digging the 5x5 tunnel?
