Thank you for a video. I found an inspiration for this type of cake on Pinterest and looked for video with instructions how to pull it off. I’m a terrible baker but I’m a creative artisan. So thought I can give this a try. Obviously I changed mine a little to make it more simple. Don’t have any experience with icing but I managed to do a great job. Thanks again for posting it x
Do you have any recommendation for the tackiness from the mat? Whenever I use it, the fondant seems sticky when I put it on the cake. I do love the mat otherwise, beautiful job as usual!

Coat the mat with a bit of shortening before starting the first time you use it (or now!). That helped me! Good luck and thanks for watching!! :)
