I Created the Allay with Command Blocks

In this video I took Minecrafts Allay and atempted to recreate it with commands.
You may have watched Minecon 2021 in which they had a mob vote.
Competing we had the Glare, the Allay, and the Copper Golem. The Allay was the obvious choice and pretty much everyone voted for it.
