Nelia, me too I uninstalled The Sims 4, and all of the game stuff and expansion packs to TS4, it's a terrible game now. I'll stick with The Sims 3 it may be glitchy but it offers so much more gameplay for me that is. I prefer The Sims 3 anyway. Happy Simmin :)

Truly masterfully done. If you're not already then you should design houses for real, or become an interior designer, you got the skills. You're a 100 × better than Curtis Paradis. Your interior spacing makes sense & is realistic. The interior design is too gorgeous for words. You've got a lot of talent.

Finally, a channel without custom content =_= I get so tired of people uploading beautiful houses, but then clutter it up with custom things. I understand adding custom content like paintings or decorative objects, but some custom content looks way to fake, out of place or just blocky. Plus, downloading a house with custom content is a hassle because some require that you have the objects already installed =_= Anyways xD awesome house, very beautiful view :O would love to live in that house xD

i think if you don't have any expansions then whatever furniture and stuff is in the house from the different expansions used to build/decorate this house will be replaced with what comes with the base game.
@Super4x4rider haha, if you download the expansion pack "Pets" for example, and then download "World Adventures" you still get all your objects and gameplay from pets. so it all carries over.. no need to "connect" any games!
a bit sad that the basement is flooded when using this house in this lot. this is hands done my favorite sims 3 home to play in an i recently tried it at the same spot as in the video ( stunning spot btw) the view on the lake is amazing but the whole garage is flooded :( also the stairs to the garage do not work anymore ( i remember that they used to work some years ago)
best House out there! though I have one big problem. when I place the house in the exact same place where you built it, the Basement/Garage is flooded by groundwater. a big bummer.
If you ask for the house plan, i think you can't download it into your game... but than you need to download the house, save it, and then put it in your map from the sims3 downloads.
How do you change the ceiling? Which expansion pack is required? I can only change it by making a secondroof and put a flat opbject down. Like you showed in a previous video. But how you change the colour like you did here?
I have a the sims 3 installed one year ago, but I'd like to have this house, download perfectly, then open the Sims 3 launcher, I click on downloads, I get home, but when I go to install add tells me it takes an expansion pack. I'd like to help so you know which need extension. PLEASE HELP ME.

(It was in Starlight Shores btw) Is there any reason why it wouldn't show up? pls anyone help me??
