No, you don't need expansions for a curved wall. You can do it with the cheat constrainfloorelevation false, TheSimSupply has a good tutorial for it so check that out! :)
i'm just wondering why persons like ths aren't the ones who design the houses on the game. seriously the game's houses are crap compared to this, and i know the price would't fit but still these cool designs can be done with a moderate amount of money

I love the house but I think the roofing looks disjointed because some of them are straight and traditional while the curved one doesn't really fit in. Don't get me wrong I'm not putting it down, it just doesn't harmonize with the rest. Otherwise it looks pretty nice.
