This was awesome to watch. Your detailed explanation was on point. I am a total newbie to this and can’t wait to start doing rhinestone templates. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for posting this. I too have have trouble with cutting through sticyflock on my cricut. I think it's pure genius so that you took the backing off. Thank you so much for this!!! Now I am going to try it again!!
I don’t have that many...but I purchased a 12 x 12 scrapbook album...the kind that you can add the plastic sleeves to...and I put 1 design in each plastic sleeve so I can just flip thru them. Depending on how BIG your designs are...you can just use plastic sheet protectors and a notebook.
I have done it...but I don’t have a tutorial for it!! It’s the same process! You use SCAL, create a shadow later and cut it out to make an OUTLINE. The center will be cut in vinyl and you can turn the outline into rhinestones. You will send both to DS and you can cut them separately and then put them together! I iron on the vinyl 1st and then the rhinestones around them. Does that help?? If not I can make a video...
I’m not sure! But I would ask specifically about CRICUT compatibility!! Also if they say it is....ask them what size stones you need. And find out the size of the image before your purchase it! Editing the size in CRICUT will cause the holes for the stones to increase.
Honestly...I haven’t cut a rhinestone template in so long...I cannot really answer that question! However..what I’d RECOMMEND...is that you do a 2 inch test design...like a heart maybe! I also had better luck by REMOVING the sticky flock from its backing and sticking it DIRECTLY to my mat...when I cut it and lifted the design off...a LOT of the holes remained on the mat...after I lifted it up...I just put it back into the backing and used it. I took my scraper and scraped the holes off the mat.
M. Tiffany Johnson What I have found is that if you merge, it changes the size of the dots when it is opened in Design Space. I ruined 3 templates trying to figure it out. LOL. Grouping the image is much better, then bringing to Design Space, then weld. Makes the nightmare go away. :D
Best video yet....thank u. I was ready to throw my cricut against the wall🤦♀️
THANKS! I tried to make it VERY USED FRIENDLY!
Are there any other videos that you would like for me to make???
You’re a great Teacher! You explain with clarity & simplicity.

Very good tutorial. Thank you
Wonderful tutorial. Where do you buy your supplies
The sticky flock came from rhinestones world the rhinestones came from Amazon. You can purchase SCAL online. Just do a google search.
Thank You

Great video! Thank you! How do you store all your templates you have created?

M. Tiffany Johnson great idea! Thank you
Do you have tutorial on how to make rhinestones to go around a vinyl image

Hi, I was wondering if I purchase a SVG rhinestone template from Etsy if it would work in design space? Thank You!

What is your Cricut Design Space cut and pressure preference for the sticky flock?

I have a question, wouldn't you merge this file while in SCAL so it arrives in Design Space as one file that loads quickly?
I’m not sure...I have only done it this way. If you try it and it works...PLEASE let me know!!

What are the specs on your laptop? That’s the only thing i have to buy to start using my maker.
I’m using an HP...I got a floor model for $268 last Christmas...I LOVE IT!
SF costs TOO MUCH to be WASTING IT!!! I have already WASTED too much with HALF/PARTIAL cuts!! I wish I had discovered REMOVING the backing SOONER...
