INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Musk Melon
Cut The Melon
Remove The Seed
Collect The Pulp
Pour In Blender
Blend Smooth
Boil Some Water
¼ Cup Soaked Sago / Tapioca Pearl
Cook Until Transparent
2 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
¼ Cup Water
Mix Well
Pour In Milk
Keep Stirring
Let It Boil
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
Musk Melon Puree
Cook For 5 Min.
Cool Down
2 Tbsp Soaked Sabja Seed
Cooked Sago / Tapioca
Mix Well

This is more like a pouring custard sauce rather than sherbat which does not require any cooking. Sherbet is a blend of fresh fruit/s , sugar, little milk or curd and far more easier & quicker to make.

hi there, i tried this juice yesterday twice cuz my first time turns bitter taste when i keep in fridge to chill. twice it turns bitter when you keep in fridge for chilling. this drink for instance to use.hope this helps to all.
