    So true!!!!
    Been drinking for 45 years.
    Fall asleep. Wake up at 2 or 3am.
    Toss and turn all night. Sweat your ass off. Pillow wet. Sheets damp. Flip pillow over. Fall back to sleep for 30 minutes maybe. Wake up again. Pillow wet.
    It's a nitemare. Anxiety kicking in.
    Get up in the night. Have a few beers. Feel tired. Fall back to sleep.
    Wake up an hour later. Next thing you know it's 6am. Can't sleep.
    Crack open a bottle of wine. Sip on that until you fill sleepy again.
    Fall back to sleep for a bit.
    Next thing you know. It's 12pm.
    I'm retired.
    Get up have some coffee. Try not to put any alcohol in it.
    Start the cycle again somewhere betw. 3 and 5 pm.
    Crazy, crazy, crazy....
