I watched this video back in 2018. (Her story is my story- I just didn’t like what was happening. I could quit, but the nightly two glasses of wine made being a single mom feel manageable.)
I started naltrexone April 2019 and it changed my life. My experience took a little longer because the
“Habit” and ritual of that nightly glass of “mommy juice” was much more ingrained than I thought. To reach the level of extinction, that I was after, took 18 months. BUT - during that whole 18 months, I rarely had more than two glasses of Prosecco.
The last six months, of getting to where I wanted to be, I could barely get through one glass.
Fast forward to today, I just don’t care for it. I maybe have a glass, once a month and rarely, can I finish it. I just don’t care for it. I don’t think about it and I FEEL AMAZING. I AM FREE!
This is nothing short of a miracle cure. Thank you Katie, thank you Claudia and all the folks that have put this information out here.
    Great video!

Wow 18 months is a long time! When you say you couldn't get through the glass is it because you didn't like the feeling?

@@83dira I didn’t like the taste or the way it made me feel. I just was so use to having a glass of wine every single night that I almost felt lost if I didn’t have it. It was a habit. But, once I made a plan to do something else, something just snapped and it has never been the same. I don’t want it. Good luck. It works.
