I’m an investor in Punta Cana and the amount of projects that I’ve seen currently in development will make Punta Cana a completely different place in 5 years. On its way to be the 3rd biggest city in Dominican Republic with permanent tourism being very common nowadays
Thank you, is lovely, is a bit like the Marina of Porto Cervo, Caribbean version. I think it needs more native trees, to provide a bit of shade. You did a great job! Plaza de la Cultura, would be nice. Bendiciones!
Cap Cana is awesome! There are also many new proyects in the area that will give Cap Cana some competition! Have you heard of Vista Cana? this is a new concept featuring an artificial beach (actual beach water and sand, with no seaweed, ever!)...Ill be filming that one pretty soon
I visited Casa de Campo Marina and I visited the marina at Cap Cana and did not like it. Yes it is beautiful and new, however there is so much more things to do in Casa de Campo. I do not see myself visiting Cap cana anytime soon.
My parents have a condo in Aqua Marina and you were standing close to it when showing off the various fishing boats, also noticed Bad Girl wasn't docked there. Was it actually out to sea during that time?
@@PurelyWalking Yeah, it's a 186' yacht that is normally docked there, in aqua marina. My parents left, to come back to the States, during the beginning of the pandemic, been back since, but they've said they can't recall a time it wasn't moored. They don't remember ever seeing it leave out for sea. Lots of parties are hosted on it, or use to be. If you search google for Bad Girl yacht you can see the pictures of it there at Aqua Marina.
Hi ! Thanks for this video. We visited in 2016 and wherever the taxi dropped us off at, there wasn't much going on. We went into one restaurant we saw and we were the only people in there so we ate and left to go back to our resort. The marina was essentially empty too. However, now I'm seeing all these videos about how they have 12 restaurants/5 bars/shops, a beach, etc.. and we didn't see any of that? Perhaps since it is so large, we were just dropped off in the wrong spot and didn't have a chance to see all of the property. We are coming back next week, July 7-15th 2022. Where would be a good place to be dropped off at by the taxi where we can see all that the marina has to offer?
I would suggest going to Api Beach House, its right in front of the cutest little beach at the end of the Marina. There's a restaurant and a lounge with a pool. You can look them up on instagram @apibeachhouse (the instagram is highly curated to show the beauty of the space with few people in sight, but the last time I went, it was full of people having fun, dining and chilling out)
Very annoying bell sound for notifications throughout the video. Please - just the beginning and the end - any channel 'nagging' will really put me off.

Thanks so much! Plaza de la Cultura is coming your way very soon!
@@PurelyWalking You are the best. Please be safe.
This place would be an awesome vacation spot, the noisy beaches is the reason I never go to boca chica and always go to last terrenas.

You have done a good job!
Thanks so much!
Wherever you chance, I suggest to visit la Marina in casa de campo. It's more busy and more people activities there.
Casa de Campo is definitely on my list!

🇺🇸 Good video! Could you possibly make another video about Cap Cana as an Update? Maybe in the near future. 🎉
Yessss!

@@PurelyWalking Thank you so much for this info, this really helps!!
What is the name of the beach?
Haha the woman hiding at 8:11 - You saying nobody to see.
Lololol!!!! I Just saw her for the first time thanks to your comment!! Priceless🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It is deed there.
I think there is no life there, acocalypse after a Zombie attack. But it a silent nice resort, was there around 14 days to watch out for a boat berth.
Yes, it was definitely a place of rest and silence. Not the place you wanna go to if you're looking for more of a busy spot
How did you get past " security"? 😂
We were actually there to have lunch at one of the restaurants, so they let us in
So deserted. I wonder if it's struggling financially...
this was filmed during COVID, so right now its definitely more lively, Im gonna have to make and update!

so boring...better check puerto plata
I filmed this during the pandemic, I think it's more lively now.
