Hi do you have to know alot of guitar theory to play these. Could you tell me how you go about the steps you take when learning one of these tunes I managed to see John and bert a few times Happy memories! Thankyou.

Must admit, I prefer your stripped back version to Bert’s original. Sacrilegious possibly but I find the echo on his voice a bit distracting on his recording. A wonderful song though in every way.

I know remy Froissart but never heard of that story. I went to visit John a couple of times in the early 90 s but don't remember if he still had the J 50 or not
