Thank you for making me smile! ...I think it is far too late for controlling AI: There are too many big and small companies and also Open Source, pushing things into the public and the market. As an artist I feel humbled, but as a creative I feel blessed by all the new amazing tools.... I am in a confusing love/hate situation about AI... Anyway: I do not feel very sorry for Disney... Double check the terms of service on whatever AI image generator you're using. But if you're using ChatGPT & Dall-e 3, you're fine for commercial use. "Ownership of Content. As between you and OpenAI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output." openai.com/policies/terms-of-use
A couple notes: 1. Copyright law doesn’t allow protecting a specific style, so if users don’t use a company logo (trademark) or an existing character, there’s not much legal recourse for the rights holder. 2. Even if you can ban the keyword itself, you can likely approximate the style closely with a well-worded prompt. Thus, while restricting keywords adds friction, it doesn’t stop determined users.
You are spot-on! ChatGPT is blocking more than Dall-e's image creator. But all you have to do is ask and ChatGPT will show you how to make the style without mentioning the banned word.
To make the characters tall or big what words should I put in my post. I see a lot of digital creators doing characters I noticed there big in there photos when posting on Facebook
99.999999% of censoring in all the AI art generators is stupid.
You're probably right. Everyone's trying to find their way.
Im glad you allowed 0.0000001% for a fig leaf 🍁

I hear you! Remember, artists are good at adapting. It's our creativity that will be valued regardless of tools.
Yes - I am adapting it. But I will never paint again for years on one painting, as I did before AI and VR....
Thanks!
Thank you! I appreciate your kindness! Sending creative vibes your way!
Should I put in my prompt Pixar poster
Go for it!
Can I use an AI generated image in Pixar style commercially without problems?

Run the prompt a few times. I did get small animals, sometimes, but not always.
Thank you, had so much fun with the GPT you shared. It's magical!
So glad it works! I never know until folks start using it.
