Zehra Talat um that was one unreleased Sonic movie. That’s completely incomparable to Disney changing the logo back because of a petition. No one has complained to them and the new logo has been there for years.

This is the first time that I’m seeing awesome renderings of movie openers. I grew up on Disney and seeing how many years they have come along. I really do love how they took consideration of each movie and theme.

I know it wasn't everyone's favorite, but the one from Toy Story is just so iconic.

@@byuletapusl.6135 check the 2010 and 2019 prints of Toy Stoy 1 and 2 instead of using the 95 logo (in which incorporates the opening score of toy story [1995] ), the studio replaced it with the 2007 logo and theme

Honestly, I think my favorite one had to be the one for Tron Legacy! But my top 5 are probably 1. Tron Legacy, 2. Santa Claus: the Escape Claus, 3. Saving Mr. Banks (the nostalgia of it!), 4. Maleficent, and 5. Tomorrowland.
I absolutely love it when they change the castle openings because it just makes the movie that much more exciting! I love how they will manipulate and even change either parts or the entire visuals of it to go with the theme of the movie and I like how it gives you a vibe for what the movie will be like visually! You know Disney never holds back when it comes to visuals, so why not do it with the castle opening sequences?! I love they do this and sometimes this is something I look for when I'm watching a Disney movie, to see how they changed it bc it always looks so good!!

You don’t get copyright do you? Disney sued someone for drawing and posting (online) a picture of Mickey for a class project. They would have sued or copyright strike/claimed this video if they had more than what was here

It was lazy of them, but in short, a few themes involve several music companies. TheDeadlySquid has an upload, and in the description, there are eight themes with Content ID for several companies.
All of them are great, one of my favs is the one from beauty and the beast😍 But is it just me or is it kinda sad that the Logo changed from writing "Walt Disney" to just "Disney"? 🤷🏼

The current Disney leadership are trying to distance themselves from Walt’s legacy, possibly because of those (fake) stories that come out every now and then about Walt being a “r-r-r-RACIST” and a “s-s-s-s-SEXIST!” and an “anti-s-s-s-SEMITE!” At least that’s my theory. Why remove ‘Walt’?

The first one still the most iconic of all these intros. Last month, I re-watch "The Great Mouse Detective" and the only fact to heard this intro at the beginning giving me flashbacks and memories of my childhood. But I am kinda surprised because I thought this was on all Disney cartoons since the first one ever.
Amazing how far they've come in animation. It will be interesting to see what the next decade brings in Disney Animation. It's getting so Hyper realistic but balanced with Cartoon in the best way possible.

I think they're transitioning the Disney logo to things that are not connected to Walt. For example, Star Wars, Marvel, Fox, Disney+ etc. They're in the next step of the company but they haven't forgotten who are they are, which is why it's still Walt's signature.
