Technically, parody is absolutely legal, trademarks are tricky, but unlike copyright, you can't block people from mentioning a brand, only from using it in a way that misrepresents the brand or causes confusion. Most people are aware that AI Pixar is a parody, so there is a lot of grey area there that can't be seen as black or white. But one thing is clear, this is not an issue of AI, but of parody, AI is just a tool in the creation of this parody.
And that's what people need to understand about parody too. Just sadly even though there is parody law, companies will still try to sue. Sure, you would still be in the right and would win assumingly it all falls within the guidelines, but no one wants to pay the court fees so the company most of the time wins....

I'm not usually one to side with the corporations on things, but on this subject, I get where they're coming from.
I see nothing wrong with this. Keeps Disney Pixar for posting constant bangers in the near future! Even Disney itself is using AI. The Loki poster is made with it.
Don't forget the credits sequence used for Secret Invasion. That tore everyone apart and even led to people not even giving the show a chance because it relied on AI.

They didn't use AI, the designer that created the poster used some stock image from a clock to put at the background, not the designer's fault, but people found out, and started trashing at marvel and disney

These posters have been a thing for how long now, like what a month and they're just NOW wanting them to stop? I mean come on Disney some of them could make you some big money since lately you are dead last in this animated movies race, DreamWorks is in 1st place right now so you gotta step it up, who knows maybe an among us movie could help! It's the least Questionable one there is from the posters that I've seen
