lol i was watching this random EGG NOODLE video w/o checking the description and comments. Seeing all those ingredients thrown into the wok. I was like, "I think I have eaten this already but I can't remember where." then the cook took that wok and there I saw THIP SAMAI PAD THAI logo! haha, I knew it. I had this when I went to Bangkok in 2015 and remember eating this. ITS AMAZING and their orange juice too is a winner. I miss Thailand.
Too much oil? Almost everyone here in the comments says so, but I think this guy know exactly how much he need to get it right..... I think he has done Pad Thai maybe two or three times before ;-)
It is glass noodles and we usually soaked that in water first and stay there until the noodles become soft .It would save time and energy for cooking.Just a simple tip 😊..And this stir fry noodles is too oily for me to eat not advisable if you are on a diet and on healthy eating regimen..But we can still eat foods on the street taking in consideration the cleanliness and the food preparation as well..
As a Thai, I can guarantee that the liquid he used at the very first was not oil but Pad Thai sauce, mainly consisted of tamarind paste; palm sugar; preserve soy bean sauce; and msg. Anyway, he did use quite a lot of oil, from time to time. (It was on hir left side.) Anyway, I don't think this Pad Thai will taste good though.
It was darker than the oil they put in before the eggs though. Also taking another look at it, it looked more like a watery substance, but i dont know. That's just me lol
if you go to this shop too early before 5pm, the one next to this also a pad thai shop cooked by a lady. open morning till 7pm, all cooking looks the same, but not so oily.
The liquid he added at the beginning could be stock and fish sauce? In order to cook rice noodle you need some sort of liquid other than oil to cook em. With that amount of oil you will simply fried the noodle to crisp.
You have to be able to digest rotten foods - kinda like Vultures or pigs to not get sick here. I was a short order cook and even though I was in a rush, I still managed to wipe up once in a while. Also, keep the eggs in the fridge at least most of them. Too much oil!!!! I like the fire pit and blower motor- I just bought the same thing for my summer bbqs.
i tried to cook like this in the kitchen. my wife almost killed me.
Alex McCoy hahaha.....
Lol
Haha

Faux Manchu no one asked for your irrelevant comment😂😂
That's the pad thai sauce not oil. The sauce made the noodle softer. If it was oil, the noodle would be crispy.
He just added oil before cracking eggs
Nice
chanapol pimsen or is it water wagaha
Bollocks! Its oil.
That my friend is urine
Lao Khua Mee, ( fried noodle ), original.

Where is my plate? I need to stop watching these vids at 12am on an empty stomach. Great stuff.
Wow! What a pro! Love how he uses the same wok for the eggs.
i would really like to try this thing, asian has the best food in the world.
Amazing skill👏👏👏👏
Look at this dude, casually making some good noodles over what I can only assume is hell fire. Maximum resource allocation, 10/10
Talk about skills wow 👍👍
Its so good to eat OIL a lot with vegetables and egss.

Looks darn good
Ok, this look tasty..

Ps. This is Pad Thai Pra Tu Pee, one of Thailand's most overrated street food ever.
That looks great but might need a little more OIL
well if I will compare this one for us I'll call it stir fried sotanghon with egg?

YUMMY YUMMY
Gordon Ramsey tries to cook Pad Thai but the chief burned him.
Why am I watching this in the gym working out?
The best
Gordon Ramsay be like: There's so much oil america is trying to invade it!
Should eat this before running marathon,,,,,,come u came in first.
It takes extreme skill-age to master a wok like that!
The restaurant next too this Pissamai Pad Thai is more delicious.
Dang.. Cracking 2 eggs at the sane tine
Awesome video as always! Does anyone know what they add to the large pot of egg at the end? Is it just water or oil to make easier to make the "nest"?
Since it doesn't look like it vaporizes, it's probably oil to keep the egg fluffy and make it not stick to the wok.
It was darker than the oil they put in before the eggs though. Also taking another look at it, it looked more like a watery substance, but i dont know. That's just me lol
I just had my dinner, and with a full stomach seeing all the oil he put in the eggs made me feel sick.
MrUnbelievableAbs the big pot of egg at the end is probably mixed with some stock.
you probably had crap for dinner that's why
los asiaticos son impresionantes
Man don't they ever think wow maybe having this much fire by me is like dangerous
good~!!
My Pad thai taste nothing like the Thai restaurants out in town.
I try to follow all the recipes.
Is it cuz I'm not Asian? Lol
very very nice
if you go to this shop too early before 5pm, the one next to this also a pad thai shop cooked by a lady.

I'm so hungry
I ain't taking one tiny little plate of that. I need to eat all of it.
You have to be able to digest rotten foods - kinda like Vultures or pigs to not get sick here. I was a short order cook and even though I was in a rush, I still managed to wipe up once in a while.
