I visit Thailand almost 3 decades, Thai food would be the tastiest and healthiest food if they not used ,cheap palm oil, MSG , and formalin, to preserve the vegetables in the market. let's just say that it depends on the shop. Some use MSG, some don't.

I visit Thailand almost 3 decades, Thai food would be the tastiest and healthiest food if they not used ,cheap palm oil, MSG , and formalin, to preserve the vegetables in the market. That's why many Thai people suffer blood pressure and hart attacks.

I'm from Indonesia, and that's true, in Indonesia the eggs are fried like that😂
