I would do prep work prior to coming to work. To much time is taking up cutting small minor things ,onions, tomatoes, things like that. Even scaling or salting all this could be done at home, so when you get to your location set up, start your fires and commence cooking, but that's me, everyone has there own plan on doing things Mine usually don't work out .ha ha.😁😁
