after listening to this I think that high level body builders need to start having sports psychologists or mental performance coaches on their teams.

Some do, Phil had one I think. But amazing comment, and needs to be up top. Between the diet, hormones and just overall stress, mental health in bodybuilding needs to be highlighted. A lot of us are dealing with some degree of dysmorphia, and the diet can easily lead to disordered eating. It’s difficult.

Theres no reason to live in las vegas alone without your family. Theres no people that will give you as much love and attention like your parents. I know you guys eat at home, obviously, but most people complaining about cost of living are pissing money away left and right in the name of "convenience."

Today's BBers will have to realize that they have to involve themselves in ongoing therapies while they are BBing.
It can not be just a massage here and there, NO...a comprehensive routine has to be adhered to of everything from Inversion tables, massages, physical therapy sessions, stretching sessions, accupuncture, detoxing, saunas etc to make sure their bodies are not only recovering from the workouts, but recovering from the damage they are doing to their joints/tendons/ligaments/cartilage ....
I look at some BBers like Kai Greene and say... "He has never (to my knowledge) had a injury in all of his years of BBing" and he has been around for a very long time seeing BBers come and go in his time, while he is still working out intensely. Could it be his extensive stretching sessions before every workout has benefitted him in regarding his long presence in BBing??
BBers also need breaks... more so than just a day or two per week. There has to be regular breaks of a couple of weeks every so many months so recovery can happen. Going at it 7 days per week in the gym, dieting like crazy, poor sleeping/nutrition habits etc is not conducive to a healthy/long-term career in BBing... Many of these injuries could have been avoided.

Nicks shoulder width is ridiculous. Having a smaller head neck prob helps the illusion. If his torso was shorter and legs longer he’d 100% be unbeatable.

Like James and many other bodybuilders. I’m from Liverpool so I would believe I say it how it is, but I’m getting sick to death of these snowflake bodybuilders who can’t take any criticism because they think someone is smaller than them. End of the day the popularity of bodybuilding and the money comes from fans. Arnold or Olympia wouldn’t be anything without the fans.
Enjoying bodybuilding or fitness in general doesn’t mean you have to lick everyone’s arse and can’t have an opinion
Like going to see a piece of Art and saying I don’t like. Even though the artist has put much time and energy. You may not have the skill to do the same work
Most of the judges in bodybuilding are not pro bodybuilders or even some coaches. Does that mean their opinions is irrelevant
Difference between hate and saying I don’t like it or his legs could do with more size to match his upper body. Dam if you say that and your legs are not the same or smaller you’re hater. That is absolute BS

At the end of the day James is just a mediocre PRO bodybuilder, who has too much of a ego, who talks a good game but can't back it up
