@@ScottAles Can you just buy the dry ice blasting gun and just use some premade dry ice from another place or do you HAVE to have the rest of the 100k setup??
As an engineer in the thermodynamics business, the first 40 minutes were just as enjoyable as the cleaning process that wraps up part-1 of this series. Looking forward to the remaining content, as well as what's possible in the future.
The best expertise on how to properly and when to use a stand for aesthetic beautification, ie returning to the factory values of the car chassis. I hope that the various characters who have machines will watch at least a part of this video. greetings from Croatia
That is my point. Time for this "behind the curtains " process to be mainstream which will SAVE cars! Or at least, the originality of them. Thank you for your involvement. We're automatic friends now!
I've been seeing dry ice cleaning videos for the past few months. It's miraculous how well it works. This was really informative. That guy really knows his stuff. Can't wait to see the undercarriage.
I order custom coffee mugs for professors with funny mannerisms, and I would totally get one for Scott that says "and that's critical" Super cool walk trough of this system, and the tech behind it!
Just went to the city yesterday to pick up some dry ice to transport a really decorative Easter Bunny ice cream cake to a really good friend and his young kids for the holiday and have not used or seen dry ice for decades. Now I jump onto RUclips to check out some of my subscriptions and to my surprise on Obsessed Garage here's " Dry Ice Cleaning" which I had no idea that this even existed. Truly "AWESOME" and Scott as you can see is truly well experienced in his craft and has all the top notch equipment and knowledge to go with it. Love, love, love, love watching this incredible process!
I also want to add, your sound on these videos is amazing. Every single RUclipsr needs to pay attention to your sound. Excellent work and keep producing this high level of content.
Scott, You are great to listen to and learn from. It isn't often you find people that are actually honest about their work and I love that you cover every potential downside or inability the process may have.
This dude won the jackpot in the RUclipsrs collaboration lottery. Tommyfyeah and obsessed garage are the right guys to give him a spot in the light and some recognition. I can see even a brighter future with the dryce cleaning business in the near future.
Awesome to see another like minded person that honors the source and deep dives into the information needed to better his craft. This guy is great. Edit this guy needs a YT channel
I'm so fascinated by this whole thing. The possibilities are seemingly endless. This has the potential to be huge with a lower barrier of entry. Imagine if you could clean a boat with this, and I imagine you can. And The business opportunities with dry ice cleaning can be so many. With Matt's skill of curating solutions and making them into packages, I'm all in.
I gotta say, that "dry" tire look is incredible. Way better than ANY tire shine type/application. Wish I could do that, I've never been able to achieve it with any level of cleaning...
Wow, Scott really has a wealth of knowledge. Great part 1 and a very detailed explanation. I have to say I was oddly surprised with how nice the "dry" tire looked.
This guy its awesome. I dont often watch 50+ min videos but i just did and it was incredible. He has so much knowledge and love about what he does that is awesome.
This was very cool to see/learn. I had never even heard of this process until the last week or so hearing Matt talk about it. I had no clue of the capabilities. Thanks for sharing, and I'm definitely interested to see more of this process.
Very excited to see how this project goes. Thanks for giving us the knowledge behind the operation. It’s always good to see people sharing their insight.
super cool and knowledgeable. I admire the dude, especially how passionate and willing he is to show off this work to the world in such detail. he sure has a knack for the chill on camera personality, glad he's getting attention from this niche viewer base. great intro to the series, I'm excited for more.
Awesome video...this guy is a true pro. Can't lie...I'm sitting here thinking I'd love to do this and quit my anxiety-ridden sales job once and for all.
Great vid… convergences of ALL my interest..e36…detailing..technology….engineering… had me with explaining why he uses the asymmetrical lift. Dry ice results are just amazing - neat to see the “art” and engineering behind it
Super impressed by the cleaning ability of this! Can't wait to see what it can do under the car and for the trim. I wonder if it can help restore some dried out plastic trim. Awesome video Matt thanks for sharing.
Loving this episode. Woah. So geeky. Really like his in depth explanations. Favorite episode so far. ( just joined this channel about 2 month ago ). Nice work.
just when I thought there was no more avenues in detailing for me to waste my money on, Matt comes in clutch with something I've never come across lol. Not sure if there's any dry ice cleaners in the UK near me, maybe I'll just have to start my own! Also, as others have said, he is a natural on camera, could watch him cleaning cars all day
This guy is a natural in front of the camera
Agree, seems like someone from Speed Channel
I am certain this guy has been selling stuff (presenting) since before most of the people watching were born. This is the result of that.
@@NoClassic Yea he looks to be from the true Salesman era, a dying art.
@@JohnMarcization totally, reminds me of an old co worker who is very successful and has the same mannerisms as the dry ice guy
It's really nice to listen to him
The "dry ice dude" seems like he could be Matt's long lost brother with this amount of detail
I seriously think it is his older brother dude.
100% they are partnering up
I thought the same!!!!
I thinks it's Michael Scott's brother from The Office
hell yes!
This guy should start a RUclips channel if he hasn’t already
We do have one, lame compared to Matt's channel of course! But some fun stuff from the last 2 years. Much more coming!
@@ScottAles Can you just buy the dry ice blasting gun and just use some premade dry ice from another place or do you HAVE to have the rest of the 100k setup??
He has one
@@simeonrf7047 if you are asking this , then you didn't listen to what this guy said. He couldn't be anymore clear, concise and detailed!
You can see the car before and after on his channel.
He's so natural behind the camera, its like watching a David Attenborough documentary.
"We haven't used water in 2 years".
That alone sold me on this process.

I agree. I was like this dude explains it so well I can’t skip forward to the cleaning.
This level of cleaning is an ocd dream 🥺
This guy and Matt probably talked to each other for 6 hours straight
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol so true!! He is like the Matt of Dry Ice cleaning 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
😂
I just watched and listened to this guy for 50 minutes that felt like a 12minute video
Lol didn't realised it until read ur comment 😂

Matt: I bought an 80k machine to clean my tires
A man is proud of his mistakes and the way he handles them. This guy is great
This guy is dialed ! Great choice not putting Matt in this one.
I think this is the best video I’ve ever watched.
My boy here isnt nervous at all for cameras. He's killing it. Great vid
You can tell how passionate he is about his work. Love it!

So cool. This guy is so articulate. Definitely an OG personality.
All the times Matt said “stay tuned for more crazy”
Never thought I’d see something like this! Pretty neat!
that tire transformation was amazing
Been dry ice blasting classic car restorations for years, glad to see it is hitting the mainstream detailing community!

I'm in 10 mins in and this guy is legit. He needs to be on a podcast.
There's a joy to be had in watching someone talk about something they are passionate about.
'Grew up on a farm in Iowa' - ok, I'm in for the full hour now. #GoHawks
This may be my favorite guest ever on this channel. Love his attention to detail and how particular he is about things!
Wow this is something to consider as I expand my shop and services which will include an undercarriage package, but definitely OG approved SALUTE!!!
The real surprise is how we use the machine on the top side and painted surfaces....
I could watch him working and rambling for hours. Great guy 👌
Scott, You are great to listen to and learn from. It isn't often you find people that are actually honest about their work and I love that you cover every potential downside or inability the process may have.
2 things. 1.) This guy is awesome. 2.) Matt is totally getting that wheel removal jig / holder.
Always wanted to try this.

This guy is a legend ...thoroughly entertaining . A fascinating look into a super “cool” aspect of detailing to the next level . “Ice ice baby “
Great video! We all learned today that Mr Dexter knows his ice stuff and OG Tyre Dressing is greasy look spec haha!
Get this man on the podcast!
This is friggen sweet. Can’t wait for the other videos. Very satisfying.
This guy its awesome. I dont often watch 50+ min videos but i just did and it was incredible. He has so much knowledge and love about what he does that is awesome.
This is fantastic. I bet Scott's going to see the benefits of "lifting the veil" to the OG community very, very soon. Can't wait to see more!
Why hate on this guy? He knows what he is talking about and what he is doing. I'd be happy to have this guy dry ice clean my M3.
Wow he really explained it well on how it functions. It was really interesting, thanks!
Thank you. But I'm sure I'll do better moving forward. Plenty of room to improve. Appreciate the feedback.

That was awesome Matt, gracias for always bringing the “real”👊🏼
Happy Easter to the Moreman family!
This little Honda bro is VERY satisfied! 👍
Hugely relaxing watching and listening to this guy 👍👍👍
How long till Matt has one of those fancy wheel removers? That thing was sweet and I can hear lower backs around the world saying “Thank you.”
Been waiting for this one. This chap has a lengthy video about selling an S6 that I just randomly found yesterday. Great presence on camera.
This video and Dryce guy is gold
Should be illegal for OG to post a video this good then make us wait for the next episode. Great job Scott!
Matt you've found a match for your obsessed level!
I’ve been watching a few dry ice blasting restorations and this hands down is the best way to rewind the clock on vehicles!
The crest of us mortals will never achieve this level of clean. I’m surprised Matt isn’t racing there with ceremony coating to coat those right away.
Matt, this is my obsession for my 911, I am really stoked about watching this series 😎
Somebody get this guy some tea! I’ll be waiting for the next episode. 🙌🏽
Great vid… convergences of ALL my interest..e36…detailing..technology….engineering… had me with explaining why he uses the asymmetrical lift.

The best video I’ve seen on OG. Can’t wait for the rest!
Super impressed by the cleaning ability of this! Can't wait to see what it can do under the car and for the trim. I wonder if it can help restore some dried out plastic trim. Awesome video Matt thanks for sharing.

It did a good job at clearing a clean wheel
I was so disappointed when I saw the OG guys cleaning them in an early video. 😪
Very cool.
You get it? 😂
I was amazed, and Scott is a natural talent infront of a camera. I wasn't bored for 1 sec.
matt is getting that tire jack for sure
Watched the entire video. I’m thinking that would be oddly satisfying as a retirement business.
