@@Pine2142 Think the lazy answer is just that with the advent of american cinema and the internet the entire english speaking world has gotten progressively more americanized similar to how that "american accent" is just stereotypical hollywood accent that is eating up america's identity. So one could argue that in a world where conflict has united a lot of nations and reshaped society on the whole, globalization would occur and the culture that originally set folks apart would be less obvious.

There's just the disconnect between characters who are definitely grounded in reality and the characters that are clearly from an anime

I think it would have been funny that if he uses this taunt and gets hit while the flags are out, the round ends as a victory for his opponent.
Goldlewis is the only reason I'd want a character-by-character dub override. Everyone else speaks Japanese, Goldlewis speaks English.

It's pretty funny in Tekken when you have heihachi, Claudio and Nina in a room speaking Japanese, Italian and English respectively and all of them understand each other
Goldlewis and Chaos are honestly the only 2 characters I have installed mods for just to make their lines always in english.
Pretty conflicted on Asuka, both VAs did a great job for him.

Having kiss of death playing the background makes this feel like it’s a trailer for goldlewis. Also at one point the video is timed with Lewis slamming his coffin down with the best drop of the chorus and it’s fucking amazing

Yea it’s a really cool detail and i love how his reaction changes on how fast you win. My record is 15 seconds (2 combo’s and 1 dead chipp) and he was like: ‘damn, that was fast’
