Tiago is well planted/ shorter WB 1.1L cheaper

At 9.5 Lakhs rupees tiago JTP will be a lakh cheaper than the Gt TSI.
At 8.5 Lakhs rupees tiago JPT will be still cheaper than the Baleno RS.
At 8 Lakhs rupees it will still cheaper than the Figo S.
Tiago JPT.. doesn't cost much...it cost only 6.3X Lakhs.....

An Indian brand is taking so much efforts and I can bet that they have the best product line up in every segment now, but still people go behind the tin can to dig their own grave. I already see people crying for not having a big touchscreen unit on these JTPs. To all those guys you will RIP sooner or later.
But these cars should have had Android auto and apple carplay supported unit.
Performance car should not want 7inc it's should have good music system which it has no other car In this segment has this type of music experience
@@sushanthdc6103 Times are changing buddy some ppl do need touchscreen infotainment sys in their cars. And given this two cars dont have android auto and apple carplay that's a big let down. They could increased the price a bit and provided us with those. But the performance should make up for that
@saurabh & Vineet - you can buy an aftermarket Head unit with all those gimmicks, but what can’t buy is the built quality.

The quality of reviews has drastically dipped with the focus now on more shouting/blabber by the other person (not Tenhut). Tenhut, restore reviews along the pattern of polo gt, Octavia VRS etc. Where the reviews were serious, to the point and professional. Mind-blowing reviews they were.

Power drift has changed they are not what they were used to be
With Engine Refinement almost matching Diesel Cars and with High Fuel cost it makes more sense to buy Ford Aspire Diesel. You get good Ground Clearance of 174 mm, Torque of 215 NM, Better Touch Screen Infotainment System (UI with Apple Car Play and Android Auto) it certainly looks more tempting.

You guys rocked the Indian automobile journalism with the presentation quality and reviews were satisfying. The best production the other side of perhaps TOP GEAR that how good it WAS. Now that seems like a different era altogether and its becoming more gimmicky and laced with too much of story telling of the story and not about the automobile, I'd like to be told about details and nuances that is more infotainment and not entertainment. I do understand the need to change formats and bring in newness every now and then but I'm afraid all this is taking it far away from why one really liked PD in the first place. Kudos to the team for all the effort, you still are probably one of the best at what you do.
These are the two most important cars to the Indian automotive sector. Hope many follow in the way of affordable factory performance. Again the tease, it's like varun's sign off... #PDarmy #Powerdrift

Wow they look the part and I think TATA has really considered the enthusiasts while designing it and the blow off valve that will make you rev you harder.
The white Tigor JTP just irresistible. I feel like I need to buy one just for sake of having this as awesome looking fast affordable machine. But if I buy one, first thing I would do is put 205 section tires, that might hinder bit of mileage, but would complete the look of JTP cars. Few mods I would do in this car if I buy,
1) 205 mm Yoko tires
2) Driver arm rest
3) Body cover :-) :-)
And thats all, yes these cars are so complete in their own.
And on this front, I am thinking, what if TATA puts Nexon's 1.5 Revotorq engine into these JTP, tune a bit more, say holding 260NM till higher up the revv range? ARAI mileage should be around 23-24 km/l being lighter than Nexon, and what fun it would be. Not sure if the 1.5 block can be fitted into the engine bay though.
I've watched many reviews of this car and I knew how this car is. But still I watched this video because it's from PowerDrift and they never disappoints.
Finally a Performance Oriented car That Looks Aggressive yet Subtle (a bit).

I still think that Honda city is a performance car, you get 117ps power, great gearbox and scary handling around the corners when the ass just wants to go its own way and same thing when breaking hard, but it's fun. Also does 0-100 under 9 secs. And gives over 13kmpl milage even when driving enthusiastically.
Looking forward to buy Tigor, as the city I'm talking about does not belong to me.
And by the time I have enough money to buy Tigor, maybe something new will come up.

No.. owners claim 12-14 kmpl if not thrashed hard. I suggest you to check ownership reviews on net.
Maximum mileage if driving in city mode with sane mind you can definitely expect it to be on par with Tiago .
But I'm sure you will want to drive in always in the sport mode and it gives u average like 9 In city , 12-16 in highwat

Tiago jtp or polo gt tsi...which is more fun to drive?
GT TSI has a DSG gearbox(Auto) which is better if u r a city commuter. Rest everything is a Polo so handling and comfort are like regular polos. But if u want a sporty stiff suspension, sporty exhaust, some real bang for the buck performance and a weekend getaway kinda person get a Tiago JTP if u r good with the manual gearbox. For more info about GT TSI check PD army's comparo of baleno rs vs GT tsi
just consider the price... polo gt is almosy twice the price of taigo jtp
