Which of Henry's homemade milkshake recipes would you like to try?
None, I think he should be checked for diabetes. He's in the physique for diabetes...I'd just want to make sure.

He needs BEEF, BACON, BUTTER and EGGS.
Physique has nothing to do with diabetes. It's all about the insulin levels, and carbs/sugar one consumes.
Diabetes is a simple fix:
BEEF, BACON, BUTTER and EGGS.

Great job Henry -Good to see you and your grandma in the kitchen! Enjoy your summer vacation! Paula I have a lemon shake recipe from a friend's dad I have made since the summer from Fourth grade going into fifth. The friend of mine from my school in the south mother had cancer and passed away. His dad and older sister and the grandma (his mom's mother) were very close. The lemon shake is like a lemon slurpee/lemon dream.Both versions were delicious and very refreshing.❤❤Love & B.D.
😄🤣 Oh my gosh that Henry is a character! Just love his expressions & quick wit! And the key to a good thick shake is lots of ice, it won't water down as fast and gives a nice crunch to it. I like adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder to mine along with fruit of choice. 💕

I like a little malt but I know that turns into something else but I like the flavor of it.

Blueberry milkshake
1/4 c. Whole milk
2c vanilla ice cream
1 c blueberries
Add to blender and blend til combined
Pour in to a glass and serve!!

Pauls, teaching that a better milkshake requires more sugar doesn't feel right. We are aiming to model better healthy recipes for children. The fruit is sweet enough until we teach them that it needs more sugar!

You never showed us your pool. If diabetes runs in the family, bananas should be eaten in moderation. Henry should get checked or get in better shape so he's not as much at risk...and Paula, shame on you for saying 'it needs more sugar'. Fruit shakes are healthy and I've never seen them with sugar added.
Bananas shouldnt be eaten at all, and no fruit shake on the planet is "healthy". Its all sugar!
