the first time I had alcohol I was 15 & it was a beer. Now I'm 20 and you're right, I'm the world biggest drunk, sometimes I feel I shouldn't have touched alcohol back in the days.

Started at 23, very disciplined about drinking. Standard 60ml, neat, whisky always and only drink with specific friends. I drink once in 2/3 months.
Came here from Lalit fragrances , I am not into drinking but the later part of the video made me feel enlightened . So subscribed incase more philosophical videos come as u seem to be a well read person than me so there is very much to learn from people like you.

Started with my first beer at 17 at my friend party and now 20 , drinking is like only 2 medium pegs at weekend and huge drinking only on special occasions
Hi Kanwar bhai, I watch your videos regularly. I’m 36 now, I started drinking at 32. I was shy never had a gf prior to this period, now I’ve dated a few n will get married by the year end. I think alcohol makes you more open n confident around people. I’m glad that I started late though cos I was able to achieve other goals of mine like own house, car, etc

although it was not very frequent (2-3 times a month at max, if any)
i had recently made the decision to quit.
it's just too much, on top of that, unhealthy.
don't get me wrong, i love alcohol, it is great, but the problem with it is that it's great.

Maybe you can share more of your experience and learnings from different books on this channel. On another note, ashwagandha is a powerful remedy for hangover. I'm 24 years old now i don't drink on daily basis only once in five to six months or only if I had some extra money 😅 and i don't drink too much.Hope I'll quit drinking soon.

I'm 27 now and I've drinking from good 8-9 years. But for me, drinking whiskey is something that I enjoy I like to try new things and observe the difference in each whiskeys. Sure you tend to drink more than you should when you are with your friends but it rarely happens with me. Like 6 7 times in a year but mostly it's like 2 drinks for me that's all. That too like 2 times in a month. So yeah if we do the math it is like 80 drinks in a year of course not counting beers. I only drink whiskey and beer.
Unrelated to you but I probably need to stop doing whiskey takes after getting drunk.
