@@jrayproductions7790 It was actually one of the first songs to really grip me into this genre of music. I had listened to groups like Skald and Heilung before but never had I experienced music so serene before. Really helped me through some tough stuff and I am glad I stuck with it because it had led me to groups such as this. Love music like this. if you enjoy music like this and like Wardruna I really suggest checking out "A Tergo Lupi". Not all there songs are smash hits but they are still all fantastic.

The sound of that instrument tagelharpa is so relaxing to me... it's so calm, so heavy, make me want to lie down and sink into the ground, doesn't matter if it's wet earth or warm blanket, I just want to lay down forever and care about nothing. Your playing make me wish I'm some cat or dog sleeping lazily by the fire outside the longhouse while the vikings inside are feasting and I'm dreaming about bread and meat they'll left for me. It also make me feel like letting go of things and people I've lost, but not in a 'I'm gonna see them again' or 'they're in better place' kinda way, as I'm not really religious, but in a 'that's the way of life' kinda way, like everything dies, friends, families, enemies and strangers all, and me too one day. It also make me imagine what it'd be like if I die. In conclusion this sound and this playing of yours make me feel a lot of thing I'm still trying to describe but that's all for now. Love from Thailand, hope your music reached every places on earth.

Upon listening to this I realize my 7 strings electric guitars, my 5 strings electric basses, my 12 strings acoustic, steel and Classical guitars, my Marshall, B-52 and Peavey amps,- none of them matter anymore,- until I build myself a Cello Tagelharpe and use it in my music I will NEVER be True Kult Metal enough!

Hi, i ordered a Tagelharpa for Xmas. I never played an instrument before, but i always wanted to, i just never knew what to play. When i discovered the Tagelharpa i was stuned. I listened to many songs and music featuring tagelharpa. Your music videos are part of the reasons i decided to try this instrument. Among them stories and tales were very important. I just found you from your A Tergo Lupi channel where I saw this song from the gods. Odin approves of this cover! I'm always happy to find a cover of it. The way you showed playing the different instruments reminded me of Peter Hollens how he does the same with his vocal components. I like it a lot! Piano and Cello are my favourite instruments, along with more traditional variants like this Tagelharpa and even the Chinese Erhu, which is more like a fiddle really.
Helvegen is close to my heart also, I would like it played at my funeral when that day comes. It is hauntingly desolate and expressing a peace and acceptance that our earthly existence is no more, and a subtle reminder to cherish our life, even when it's most difficult. Memento mori is a term I keep close to my heart, and for me this encapsulates that sentiment. You play with grace and soulful connection. 😊Thank you for sharing this and for listening to my Ted talk 😋
