Aluminum Sliding Glass Patio Door Roller Replacement

In this video, we remove and disassemble an aluminum sliding glass patio door to replace the rollers. We couldn't find roller assemblies locally so we just replaced the roller wheels

I believe that replacement 1.5” roller wheels is Prime-line part D-1797.

For those who live alone, or don't have a buddy around that can help lift out heavy doors (especially the newer heavy and thick ones in S. Fla that are 8 feet high, wider and weigh 300-400 lbs), you can just leave them in place and pound out the side rails. Then slide out the rollers and replace them, as demonstrated here: ruclips.net/video/Z2bm8MZiFgI/видео.html
